Meet Attiyah Blair, RESET
I first met Attiyah Blair back in 2012 when she was ready to transition out of her position as a TV producer at NBC in Philadelphia. A mutual friend introduced us, and we met over lunch. By the end of that lunch, Attiyah had registered for my $497 Get Paid Intensive where I was going to show her how to package, price, and sell her Incredible Factor. Immediately following that workshop, we started working together. We had some early success in that business. In our work, Attiyah was able to raise her prices and attract some better paying clients. Eventually, however, Attiyah began to resent her business and she closed it down. She didn’t leave entrepreneurship, but she reset and started to focus on real estate exclusively.

A few years later, in her new business, she returned for support adding a coaching line of business to her real estate investing business. Together, we built her coaching business to seven figures. We leveraged the power of live events to give her an entirely different stream of revenue. She built a digital course and a $10,000 coaching program. One of the things I love about Attiyah is that she is very self-aware. She started to become bogged down by her coaching business and she decided that keeping it wasn’t worth it. We spent some time creating the plan for her to close the coaching side of her business.
Even though she’s no longer coaching today, she is still running a multimillion-dollar business. Attiyah has been enrolled in most of my programs over the years, most recently in the Move to Millions Mastermind, where six-figure months became her new normal:
