DESIGN ISSUE Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), included Sleman Regency, has been a travel destination for art dan culture enthusiast. Art, which is already rooted in DIY, sparked a development of various art genres, and contemporary art is one of them. Moreover, this museum is built to answer the need of a facility for preservation, protection, publication, and development of contemporary art creation made by local artists.

This museum is located on an developing area in Sleman, where settlement zone turning into a commercialized zone. That condition leads the museum to be a public place for society around the site, especially people who creates and enjoys art. Besides, the site is also located in earthquake prone zone.

Bandung has been a popular travel destination in West Java. On the other hand, business activites in this city are also developing. That condition causes appearance of newly built and affordable budget hotel.

The site is located near a busy street in Bandung, Ir. Haji Djuanda, yet surrounded by housing building

Geometrically Breezing
�
This budget hotel is designed to be effectively arranged yet still give comfortable ambience for all guests. A simple geometry, rectangular prism, is given some openings on its surface to let wind get through. All the openings are also designed aestichally with patterned grille, so that it will create interesting shadow along interior corridor.

As a creative city, Bandung needs a facility to accomodate development of creative industry. This building, namely Bandung Creative Center, presents to be that place. In this building, creators, artists, and entrepreneur can enlarge their links and deepen their skills by using the facilities property.

Kebon Jati Street has one-way circulation, and its length reaches 10 m. Kebon Jati Street Area : 1 hectare, 10.000 m2 BCR : 60% FAR : 4 CGA : 25% Setback : 1/2 ROW
Site is located in a heterogene area which included commercial and housing function. This mixed-use development responds to its surrounding, especially social and economic context. Two functions are coordinated on this site, such as an apartment and lifestyle center.

DESIGN ISSUE Cisoka, a village in Sumedang, has been developed by some organizations including Department of Architecture ITB, to be a nature-based tourism destination. Its nature environment becomes the most potential aspects of Cisoka. Contoured terrain is also the main feature of Cisoka.

CONCEPT This masterplan is designed so that each guest house can enjoy the view, to the inner site or out of site. Guests can freely walk around the site to feel natural ambience.

An Art Studio that is located in Ciungwanara Street, designed for artists to create art and display their works in small gallery. Wide glass window, structured by wood becomes its main attractive design element.
