The inaugural Hong Kong Indesign®: The Event promises a highly memorable design day out.
CEO / Publisher Raj Nandan
First launched in Sydney in 2003, Indesign®: The Event is a design trade event that takes place across the city. The concept is based on something that we’ve learned over the years – that our audience of architects, designers, developers, product suppliers and manufacturers prefer to visit the brands and really learn more about their business in their own showrooms and spaces, rather than head to a traditional trade show in a convention centre, where all of a brand’s personality or culture is wiped away.

Indesign®: The Event is today one of the biggest highlights on the regional design calendar, with the crowds coming to experience the latest products, launches, creative collaborations, and networking opportunities the event has to offer. The event is now not only held in Sydney, but also in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Singapore, and with its unprecedented success in both Australia and Singapore, we’re now very excited to be bringing it to Hong Kong. The city has such a vibrant and progressive design culture, and is keen to embrace new ideas, which is why we believe that the time is right to be launching this highly unique concept of a trade event here. With the city’s leading retailers and premium brands on board for the inaugural Hong Kong Indesign®: The Event, visitors can certainly expect nothing less than a highly memorable design day out where on 30 November 2013, Hong Kong Island transforms into a hive of festivities and creativity. We look forward to seeing you there.
