@INDHOTELSHOW
WELCOME TO THE 2015 INDEPENDENT HOTEL SHOW, THE DEFINITIVE BUSINESS EVENT FOR THE LUXURY, BOUTIQUE & INDEPENDENT HOTEL SECTOR As a supporter of the independent hotel industry, I am delighted to present you with our 2015 exhibitor prospectus. hotel sector. A testament to the success of the show for our wide-ranging exhibitors, is that a hugely positive 60% of stand space is already booked for this year, with a number of industry categories now full. The Independent Hotel Show is a proven platform for exhibitors to do business, sell & promote their brand, network and share ideas in a relaxed and thoughtfully designed environment.
Industry optimism is widespread “With an improving economy and overseas tourism forecast to keep growing… there remain opportunities for new build, renovation, rebranding and operational enhancement”1. The Institute of Hospitality’s Hospitality Digest 2014, details continued expansion with “total investment topping £13bn in the past decade”2 and “with 9,300 more rooms planned for 2014 and 2015 in London and over 14,700 rooms elsewhere in the UK,”2 the business opportunities are huge.
Guests in attendance are the highest quality owners/operators – key decision makers with direct purchasing authority and hands on experience of what it takes to run successful and profitable establishments within the hospitality & accommodation industry including: hotels, serviced apartments, private members clubs, pubs & restaurants with rooms, B&Bs and guesthouses.
Quality brands from across the hotel supply chain will enjoy a two day business and networking event with numerous opportunities to engage with pro-active, forward thinking hoteliers responsible for the on-going operation and generation of this

2014: A DEFINING YEAR 2014 saw the third edition of the Independent Hotel Show attended by a record number of hoteliers. QUALITY EXHIBITORS
BUSINESS SESSIONS
Over 250 diverse and brilliant suppliers exhibited and sponsored, raising brand awareness and showcasing cutting edge products and services available to the modern day hotelier.
Free to-attend educational business sessions were a key attraction, with 20 thoughtfully curated seminars offering a wide range of knowledge, presented by inspiring hoteliers and industry thought leaders in varying formats – panel discussions, heated debates and quick fire Q&As.
THE HUB The Hub, designed by Nina&Co in collaboration with Anya Fennet, was designed with inspiration, networking and style in mind. The result, based on that ‘light-bulb moment’, was an innovative bar and work space – the perfect place to meet, talk and share ideas with industry peers – and pick up that much needed cup of coffee!
VIP AND PRESS LOUNGE The Hansgrohe VIP & Press Lounge offered a private area at the heart of the show where VIP guests could talk business, relax and network with peers. The sponsor for the area had an unrivalled opportunity to entertain high quality guests and build that ‘little black book’ of contacts as all guests were scanned into the area.
BREAKFAST BRIEFING Over 100 4* and 5* hoteliers attended a controversial breakfast seminar on the second morning of the show for ‘An Audience with AA Gill’. Challenging the industry and exploring what luxury & service mean to the modern consumer, Gill started the day with a thoughtprovoking and contentious debate.
AWARDS The Independent Hotel Show Awards have celebrated the most pioneering, exciting hoteliers of our time for the last three years. 2014 did not disappoint, recognising Tim & Kit Kemp and The Pig on the Beach as the winners whilst bringing together the great and good of the industry for a well deserved glass of champagne.
