Vietnam Record Leaders

Tuan, Honorary President of the Celestial Ball System; and Tran Hoang, Permanent member of the Vietnam Record Organization Council. Bui Nguyen Hung, Member of the Council for Establishing Vietnam Records; Tran Viet Hung, Member of the Council of Establishment of the Vietnam Records Organization; Ms Le Thi Giau, Vice Chairman of the Founding Council of VietKings; and Duong Duy Lam Vien, General Secretary, Central Committee of the Vietnam Recorders Association and Director of the Vietnam Record Institute.

Dr Thang Van Phuc, Central Chairman of the Vietnam Record Association said, “Ten years ago, on August 23, 2013, the Ministry of Home Affairs officially decided to establish the Record Association. This was a decision that meets the goals and aspirations of the growing communities of Vietnamese record holders across all parts of the country. After being established in 2004, Vietnam Records Organization (Vietkings) has continuously developed, with the common mission of finding, discovering, establishing and honouring records. Vietnam, with the goal of bringing Vietnamese quintessence to the world and Bringing World quintessence to Vietnam, continues to make imprints and affirms an important position in the development of the world record community.”

Presidents of two world record organizations, World Records Union (WorldKings) and the World Records Association (WRA) visited Vietnam for a reunion, where Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury honoured the dignitaries.

The Vietnam Records Association now aims to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Record Organization (2004-2024). The felicitation program took place at the Hall 272 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
