BRIEF: To organise a fundraiser in aid of ARC (Art in Recovery for Community). Arc is a specialist arts and health charitable organisation, using the power of art and its creativeness with local people to rebuild their self-confidence and fulfil their potential as healthy and resilient citizens.

CONCEPT MODELS: Based on Laszlo Maholy-Nagy’s artwork, with its geometric shapes, limited colour pallet and the imporatnce of the movement of light
FINAL DESIGN:
Situated in the middle of the art-deco entrance of Leeds train station. The final design is a temporary exhibition space, to raise awareness for the importance of ‘art in recovery’. It has been designed to encourage people into the space with its tunnel like shape, open sides and a good flow of light. It also offers privacy to those practicing art within the space as a form of therapy, with one slatted side.
