Love, Inevitably tells the story of an incredible and sudden love, made up of reality and imagination. When Candela, a Flamenco dancer from Seville, and Massimo, an entrepreneur from Rome, accidentally bump into each other at the Prague Airport, they can't stop having visions of one another. snakes, moose, kangaroos, iguanas, fish, tarsiers, and eagles—bring varied skills and abilities, assorted ways of thinking, and different family structures and traditions to this diverse and vibrant community of neighbors, a place where even the adults join in the play.

Full of endless energy, Malik, Zadie, and Zeke run, bounce, roll, and romp, always on the lookout for interesting Treeborhood problems to solve. Malik is thoughtful, considerate, and sometimes set in his ways (which can be a good thing when you’re problem-solving). His speedy, adventurous younger sister, Zadie, is a brainstormer extraordinaire, with ideas that range from silly to very smart. Zeke is the youngest sibling—a funny, curious cuddle-bug who loves to play and explore. Super, their grandmother, is the superintendent and unofficial “mayor” of the Treeborhood.

Work It Out Wombats! will air weekdays at 10:30am and Sundays at 9am on WTIU beginning Monday, February 6.

Discover the story of a legendary jazz guitarist and composer from Indiana. Wes Bound: The Genius of Wes Montgomery premieres on WTIU this month in time for the upcoming centennial of Montgomery’s birth.

Montgomery was born in Indianapolis on March 6, 1923, and rose from humble beginnings to become one of the greatest jazz guitarists of all time. This first full-length documentary of Wes Montgomery is told through the eyes of his youngest child, Robert Montgomery.

Wes Bound producer/director Kevin Finch and Robert Montgomery interviewed dozens of musicians, family members, and friends for the documentary, including platinum recordselling artist George Benson, rock and roll guitar

In addition to the interviews, the film also features the music of Wes and his famed brothers, bassist Monk Montgomery and pianist and vibraphone player Buddy Montgomery.

Recorded before a live audience in the WTIU studio, Wes Montgomery at 100: A 100th Birthday Tribute Concert features the Indiana University Jacobs Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of IU Jacobs School of Music Associate Professor Brent Wallarab, and a performance by the celebrated jazz trio of guitarist Dave Stryker, organist Bobby Floyd, and drummer Sean Dobbins.
