Foreword from LCP of NUM HEY AIESEC, It is my privilege to announce this application open. When I first found out the LCP applications will be launched, I wanted to tell you only three words NEVER DOUBT YOURSELF. If you are having doubts right now not knowing what to do, feeling not confident enough and saying “What are you doing? You will never make it” Then you are wrong. In my AIESEC journey I found out that doubting yourself will only push you down. You will never get the chance to know your true potential or limit if you don’t face it. Remember don’t let anyone interfere in your journey. If you can just take the challenge one time you will never be afraid to take it again. If someone is capable of doing it, anyone can do it!
Sincerely, Udval Munkh-ochir President of AIESEC in NUM 1718 M: +976-9102 7001 E: udval.munkh-ochir@aiesec.net
Foreword from LCP of UFE Dear Applicants, Welcome to this amazing journey ahead! It a great honour for us to give you this one and only opportunity to fully discover yourself and the world. Being a part of LCEB is not easy. You will be responsible for the PEOPLE and for the present and future of this whole entity. It will be up to you and your team, whether your LC will survive or not. You will have to be a true role model, showcasing AIESEC Values and its culture by your own beliefs and actions. Yes, it is a challenging experience. But it is only for those who care. If AIESEC is part of who you are, you’ll never be wronged. But think before you take this step, if you’re not sure if AIESEC is one of your main priorities in life. For me leadership was just a word until now. I wish you’ll fully understand the whole power of leadership, the most empowering and the most life changing of all. Do not ever stop being passionate about it, cause that passion will give you an enormous strength to strive for the best of the best until the end. I genuinely congratulate you for your courage to take this step. And I assure you, you will not regret. Be focused on your end goal always. Best of luck!
AIESECly, Enkhjin Gankhuyag President of AIESEC in UFE 1718 M: +976-8890 0062 E: enkhjin.gankhuyag@aiesec.net
Foreword from LCP of MUST Dear Leaders, I am pleased to inform you that you are on the first page of your one of the most challenging, but the most unforgettable and the best experience. Being a leader is not easy. My experiences of being in LCEB were full of tears, sleepless nights and disappointments, but it was all worth it. Because at the end I've got most beautiful friendship I've ever known and the people who love me unconditionally. But most importantly, I've got to find myself, my purpose and understood what I stand for in life. To be a good leader, one also needs to be open for a change. As one of the leaders of the international organization, you will have to change your mind, change your temper. Accept the things that you’ve never understood. Forgive mistakes and recognize the differences of others. Here in AIESEC you will understand the true meaning of Leadership, what is to inspire people to accomplish great things by showing them that they have the ability to do anything. By developing others I finally realize that everyone has a power to change themselves, influence others and make this world a better place. Now it's your turn to make this organization more powerful, more impactful and more meaningful.
Sincerely, Ninjtsolmon Bayarsaikhan President of AIESEC in MUST 1718 M: +976-9920 2198 E: ninjtsolmon.bayarsaikhan @aiesec.net
