If supplies run out, a raincheck will be issued and you will be alerted when supplies restock. The promotion pertains to a single shirt up to and not exceeding a $15 retail value. ADULT CLASS LEVELS BEGINNING - Perfect for those artists ready to begin their art journey or those who

want a refresher on the basics. Students will learn key studio safety, skills and techniques and get acquainted with the tools and terms associated with the medium.

INTERMEDIATE - Great for those artists who are already familiar with the basics.

Students will learn next-level skills and techniques while building on the tools and terms learned in beginning level classes.

ADVANCED - For artists with working knowledge of a medium, with the necessary skills and techniques to generate artwork. Students will further develop more complex skills to advance and perfect their techniques.

ALL LEVELS - These classes are unique opportunities for beginning through advancedlevel students. Our faculty work with students individually to ensure the growth of each one of our students.

BEER FLIGHT

Take yourself out for a spin with some relaxing time at the potter’s wheel. Try different techniques in a supportive environment and be prepared to get messy!

In the amount of time it takes to drink a couple pints you’ll create a beer flight tray in the woodshop for all your favorite beers to comfortably sit in. Continue the creativity after class and test your creation at Sun King Brewery with gift cards that will be provided to each student 21 and older.

FUSED GLASS SUNCATCHERS Get the unique experience of setting movable type. Learn how to operate our letterpress and print your favorite quotes!

Raku is a traditional Japanese firing method that uses fire and air to create dazzling effects on clay pieces. In two hours, you can experience all the stages of Raku - firing, reduction, and cooling. We provide the pottery, you make it art!

OIL PAINTING

Students will become familiar with fundamental handbuilding skills and make unique ceramic pieces to take home, all while developing creative problem solving skills they can apply anywhere no matter the skill level.

Play with fire and make art at 2000 degrees! Learn all the tips, tricks, and techniques to turn molten fire into glass art with a focus on tool use and safety in the glass studio. Returning students will be able to continue building their skills. Students must have a minimum height of 56 inches to be able to look into the furnace, full vision capabilities, gripping strength with both hands and adequate hand-eye coordination. No sandals, shorts or synthetics.

Ready for oils? This is the perfect class to help you feel comfortable working in this staple artistic medium. You’ll explore painting techniques, color mixing, composition, and problem solving in a hands-on and supportive environment.

MIXED MEDIA PORTRAIT

Draw with confidence using the principles of Betty Edwards’s “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” as a guide. Learn to see differently and gain skills fast while developing your line, form, and perspective techniques. Exercises include contour drawing, value studies, still life, anatomy, portraits, and figure drawing.

Inspired by interesting architecture? In this class you will gain confidence using linear perspective to give your drawings depth and dimension. Put one-point and two-point perspective to use while drawing architecture inside and out!

Liven up your portraits and loosen up your approach to traditional portraiture with more expression. You will work with live models as well as from photographs while learning how to work multiple mediums into the mix.
