HOW TO ORDER What Is A Custom Uniform? It is an exclusive design, created by our creative department with your sponsor`s logo and colors. Which Is The Minimum Quantity To Order? 15 units per reference. What Does It Cost A Custom Uniform? You can contact us by phone: (574) 3050200 or email: info@suarez.com. Also through our website: www.suarez.com.co; and specify the number of units you wish to purchase, how many colors on the uniforms and the type of garment. What To Do First? 1. Quotation and negotiation conditions approval either by fax: (574) 3010092 or e-mail your sales representative, providing us with the quotation number. 2. Deposit of 50% of you order in advance to start production of your garments. What Information Does Suarez Need From You To Proceed? Sponsors Logos: Logos should be sent in the following formats: Platform PC or Mac, Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS, Fonts converted into paths/ outlines, Logos taken from the Internet are not workable, they have to be vectorized, otherwise they may differ from the original. How Long Does It Take To Get The Design Proposal? Once you have sent us the files vectorized in Adobe illustrator, as mentioned above, you will get the proposal in 4 days. If the file is JPG, it will take 5 days and if the logo is on a document it will take up to 6 days. What Should Be Done Once You Approve The Proposal?
Having checked the proposal thoroughly and be satisfied with our design, you forward it us stating your approval and properly signed. If you consider our designed can be improved, by following your instructions, we will make all the necessary adjustments to please you. If, on the contrary, you are not satisfied at all with our design, our creative department will develop a new one. Our main goal is to meet your expectations and keep you satisfied. Are There Any Differences In The Colors Shown On The Screen And The Actual Finished Garment? Yes, there are. The colors presented on the design proposal are visualized differently, whether on the computer screen (RGB colors), the printed proposal (CMKY colors), and in the actual garment. Delivery Time Between 4 - 6 weeks. Once we have received your order and 50% payment in advance, we will send you a delivery date confirmation. Please be aware that this can only be guaranteed upon receipt of your payment and approval of design, colors, Sizes, quantities, etc. What About The 50% Outstanding? One of our representatives will contact you as soon as your garments are ready, then you will proceed with the payment of the remaining 50%. Once the deposit is confirmed we will proceed with the shipment immediately. How To Make The Payments? The bank accounts for the deposits are quoted in the negotiation conditions.
