Save a Life This Season at the Bleed Blue Blood Drive

December is a time for giving, and what better gift is there than the gift of life? On Friday, December 17, Colts fans can help save lives by donating blood at the Bleed Blue Blood Drive, the largest day-long blood drive in the state. Taking place at Lucas Oil Stadium, the Bleed Blue Blood Drive, hosted by the Colts and Versiti Blood Center of Indiana, will also be a chance to get in on some Colts action. All donors will receive an exclusive, limited-edition Colts football featuring Michael Pittman Jr., and have the opportunity to meet the Colts Cheerleaders and Colts mascot Blue. Free parking will be available at Lucas Oil Stadium.

consent is required for donors age 16 to give. All donors must bring a current ID that includes their birth date. The donation process takes about an hour. Blood donors are encouraged to register for an appointment by visiting Colts. com/BleedBlue. Sponsored in part by Indiana University Health and CBS4, the Bleed Blue Blood Drive is free and open to the public, and takes place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium.
