Su madre que era una amante de la moda influyó seguramente en el carácter de nuestra invitada especial, pero Lina recuerda con gran cariño a sus tías que eran patronistas y diseñadoras, pero se le ilumina la mirada cuando menciona a su tía Luz Elena quien le enseño la magia de la alta costura y el diseño de nuevas tendencias en la moda.
Recuerda como desde muy niña vestía a sus muñecas cada día con diferentes oufit combinando colores y texturas que eran propuestas adelantadas para su época ,tal fue su fascinación por la moda que en las fiestas infantiles o eventos importantes como su primera comunión usó un vestido diseñado por ella y su tía luz Elena quien le comenta entre risas que era capaz de combinar un verde con morado o usar todas las medias de pompones que los tenia de todos los colores, para ella la moda no tenía límites y estaba aprendiendo y mucho.
Siendo una bella adolescente estudiaba en un colegio de monjas y vestía uniforme por lo que deseaba que llegase el viernes para poder dar riendas sueltas a su imaginación y vestirse como ella quería, elegante, pero con un estilo impactante, Lina una mujer decidida, apasionada y con las metas e ideas muy claras.
Recuerda que desde muy joven quiso estudiar y prepararse un futuro en el mundo empresarial y sabía que el único camino para destacar en un mundo dominado para esa época por hombres era estudiar mucho por lo que emprendió su carrera universitaria en administración de empresas obteniendo un lugar destacado.
Mientras estudiaba en la universidad aprovechando su Carácter extrovertido y creativo participó en grupos de teatro, organización de eventos y desfiles donde ella destacaba en el diseño del vestuario de los actores y las modelos.
Una tarde es descubierta por el reconocido Umberto Royán de la famosa academia Garbo’t donde inmediatamente le propuso estudiar modelaje y etiqueta, recogiendo su recompensa por su dedicación al participar en un Certamen donde un jurado le otorga el primer lugar.
Este hecho fue un gran trampolín para Lina al mundo de la televisión, participando en novelas importantes y anuncios como modelo de reconocidas marcas como Coca-Cola, Niko’s Jeans y Vamos.
Su gran oportunidad en el mundo empresarial llegó cuando trabajando en la entidad Bancaria recibe el nombramiento como directora de Crédito). (comenta que además de demostrar su talento en las finanzas también diseñaba, siempre de la mano de su tía luz Elena, sus vestidos diferentes y originales, desarrollando su capacidad por trasformar piezas normales en obras de diseño. Al mismo tiempo que trabajaba, estudiaba y organizaba eventos, su mente estaba puesta en Estados Unidos, desde muy pequeña viajaba mucho al gran país americano y sentía que después de 8 años trabajando en Medellín en un gran Banco. era hora de cambiar pero el destino le tenía preparado otro rumbo a la preciosa joven colombiana soñadora, creadora y optimista.
Mientras esperaba un visado para USA, recibió un visado e invitación por unos familiares que vivían en Zurich, Suiza (comenta que estuvo más de 5 meses pensado que hacer, pero una tarde en su casa vio por casualidad que la fecha de caducidad de la invitación era hasta el 1 de enero, si no viajaba antes perdería la oportunidad. así que en menos de 10 días preparó equipaje y el 31 de diciembre del año 1999 a las 5 de la tarde llegaba a la invernal Suiza para iniciar un nuevo sueño Ser dueña de su propia empresa.
En Suiza comenzó a trabajar en la oficina de si tío, un reconocido abogado, de quien aprendió mucho del mundo de las finanzas, mientras trabajaba asistía a clases de idiomas y continuaba diseñando su propio vestuario. En el año 2018 Lina es invitada especial al certamen Miss Word Spain y su vida da otro giro, Cres del Olmo director de Nuestra Belleza España la conoce y motiva para que sea patrocinadora del certamen de mis internacional España, causando impactantes comentarios por lo original de sus diseños, pero la vida tendría más sorpresas para nuestra invitada de Lifestyle Plus.
Un año después es nombrada por la organización Nuestra Belleza España como codirectora y meses después en su Suiza adquiere los derechos de miss Universe Suiza.

Unhappy with the design of men’s clothing at the time, Ralph designed his own despite his lack of formal training and had them custom made. “You have to remember this was the late Sixties and everything was three buttons and narrow lapels,” says the fashion maestro. “I had always loved the look of the old English gentleman who dressed in class and style, who knew what he was wearing but acted like he didn’t care. That’s the image I wanted. I loved fashion and wore clothes well, but had no idea I could use that in terms of a career.”
After a stint in the army, Ralph was given an opportunity to prove himself when he convinced New York City clothier Beau Brummel to invest in his wide tie venture. In the first year he notched up sales of half a million dollars. Tailored suits and shirts were added the following year and Polo menswear “tweedy English-American look with a French cut,” as he described it was born.

unque los jeans, por lo general, son versátiles, asequibles y nunca pasan de moda, sus distintos modelos van y vienen a lo largo del tiempo, cumpliendo a la perfección el dicho de que la moda es circular y todo regresa. Sin embargo, los skinny jeans parecían no tener descanso, siempre en la palestra. Sin embargo, como dice la canción, todo tiene su final.
El pronóstico de quien escribe es que ya cumplieron su ciclo y muy pronto saldrán de la lista de preferencias de los consumidores, sobre todo porque, en aras de una mejor salud, la gente se está dando cuenta de que un pantalón tan ajustado tal vez no es lo ideal usar.
Además de las causas que impone la moda dando paso a otros estilos más relajados, los jeans ajustados, podrían perjudicar tu salud sin que lo notes a corto plazo.
Resulta ser que desde distintos flancos, el uso frecuente del skinny jeans -o pantalones muy ajustados sea por su diseño o porque subimos de peso- puede perjudicarnos, propiciando distintas afecciones que pueden ir desde el dolor de espaldas, hasta infecciones vaginales.
DOLOR VULVAR
Un estudio publicado en 2019, en la Revista de Enfermedades del Tracto Genital, arroja que el uso de jeans ajustados se asoció con mayores probabilidades de vulvodinia, lo cual es una molestia o dolor crónico en la zona vulvar y entre sus síntomas está la irritación genital, sensación de ardor y dolor en situaciones como estar sentada o tener relaciones sexuales. Valga agregar que el estudio también asoció esta afección con la depilación íntima, por lo cual hay que insistir en que, si se hace, sea de la manera adecuada. La investigación comparó las experiencias de mujeres que manifestaron nunca usar jeans ajustados, con las de mujeres que usaron pantalones ajustados cuatro o más veces por semana, quienes tuvieron el doble de probabilidades de vulvodinia.
INFECCIONES
Otra investigación, publicada en la Revista Europea de Obsetricia, Ginecología y Biología, revisó los factores de riesgo de la vaginosis bacteriana, infección que, por cierto, se hizo viral en TikTok por la forma creativa (e inexacta) que fue descrita en varios videos. El estudio concluyó que el uso de pantalones ajustados, así como de duchas vaginales, una o dos veces por semana, aumentaba el riesgo de sufrir la infección, que se caracteriza por la proliferación de bacterias que ocasionan un desbalance del pH intravaginal.
Asimismo, también el uso de skinny jeans o pantalones ajustados se ha asociado con las infecciones por hongos, como candidiasis. Hay que resaltar que este es solo uno de los muchos factores que pueden propiciar la aparición de hongos, pues también se incluyen el estrés, la mala higiene, el uso de telas sintéticas, el sudor y el uso de protectores diarios o toallas sanitarias no transpirables.
¿DOLOR INEXPLICABLE EN LA ESPALDA?
Es posible que la silla de la oficina reciba la culpa, pero en realidad la causa podría descansar en la ropa que estamos usando.
Los jeans apretados, así como las fajas y otras prendas de ropa demasiado rígidas y ajustadas afectan nuestro rango de movimiento. En consecuencia, aparece dolor de espalda, hombros, cuello, por la presión que estamos ejerciendo en el cuerpo. Así lo explica el doctor Kenneth Hansraj, médico especialista en cirugía de columna, en el portal de la clínica Liss. Igualmente, esta presión del pantalón contra el cuerpo puede afectar también el estómago, causar acidez, empeorar hernias hiatales e incluso afectan la circulación en las piernas y la salud reproductiva en hombres. Es como suficiente daño a cambio de lucir pantalones que quizás tampoco nos brinden un look bonito o elegante.

The study concluded that wearing tight pants, as well as douching, once or twice a week, increased the risk of infection, which is characterized by the proliferation of bacteria that cause an imbalance of intravaginal pH.
Also, the use of skinny jeans or tight pants has been associated with fungal infections, such as candidiasis. It should be noted that this is just one of the many factors that can lead to the appearance of fungi, as they also include stress, poor hygiene, the use of synthetic fabrics, sweat and the use of daily protectors or non-breathable sanitary napkins.

Instead, I decided to make one last stab.”
IPC-produced films got Jane’s political messages across while returning her to the Tinseltown A-list. She earned the Oscar for Best Actress for the Vietnam-era drama Coming Home in 1980, and found commercial success with girl-power predecessor Nine To Five. In 1982, Jane’s work reflected her personal life when she healed her complicated relationship with her father Henry while co-starring with him on screen for the first and last time in family drama On Golden Pond. He won his only Oscar for the role, and Jane, with her dad too ill to attend, accepted the gong for him with a tearful speech. He died four months later, aged 77.
In the early-Eighties Jane once again reinvented herself. Gone was the shaggy-haired revolutionary, replaced by a perky workout queen. She launched a fitness company, Workout Inc, and released her first aerobics video, helping usher in the exercise trend. Between 1982 and 1995 she went on to sell a staggering 17 million copies of her various workout routines, kickstarting the home workout craze. In 2010, after fifteen years, she released two new fitness routines on DVD aimed at her same original audience.
All this aside, she hadn’t shed her activist roots. Profits from her burgeoning empire were funnelled into her husband’s campaigns and related organisations.
After 17 years together, Jane divorced Tom in 1989 and withdrew from the spotlight. She made her retirement official in 1992, announcing she was leaving acting to spend more time with her third husband, media mogul Ted Turner, whom she had married the previous year. As the millennium came to a close, however, so did her marriage to the billionaire founder of CNN, and the pair were divorced in 2001.
Eight years later, Jane entered a relationship with record producer Richard Perry. Sadly things were not meant to be, with the pair splitting up in 2009. In 2018 she revealed she was off the market and “not dating anymore” to Extra.
Though she’s gone through a number of transformations, Jane’s activism has been a constant throughout her life. These days her attention is focused on teen pregnancy. In 2001 she established The Jane Fonda Center at Emory University, which advises on adolescent reproductive health.

NORTHERN QUARTER

Un artículo publicado por la Academia Americana de Medicina del Sueño destaca el trabajo del doctor Antonio Zadra, PhD, de la Universidad de Montreal, quien estudió más de 3,500 informes sobre sueño de hombres y mujeres y, en efecto, el tema del sexo es bastante común, constituyendo un 8% del total, y esto incluye no solamente el acto en sí mismo, sino también besos, masturbación, propuestas y fantasías. En su investigación, el doctor Zadra encontró datos muy interesantes, como por ejemplo, las mujeres tienen el doble de probabilidades de tener sueños íntimos con personalidades públicas. Y también 20% de las mujeres identificó en sus sueños íntimos parejas actuales o anteriores, mientras que lo hicieron solo el 14% de los hombres, quienes manifestaron mayor número de sueños con parejas sexuales múltiples. El 4% en ambos sexos dijo tener un orgasmo durante este tipo de sueños.
Estas diferencias pueden dar pistas acerca de las diferentes necesidades, experiencias vividas y deseos con respecto al sexo, explica el experto y agrega que “esto es consistente con la hipótesis de la continuidad de los sueños, que postula que el contenido de los sueños cotidianos refleja los estados de vigilia y las preocupaciones del soñador, es decir, que los contenidos del sueño y de los pensamientos de vigilia son continuos”.
Por otra parte, tener un sueño erótico con un ex no necesariamente tiene que ver con quieras volver con esa persona o le desees de forma subconsciente. Además de que es muy común, es posible que ese sueño esté relacionado con alguna situación de tu vida actual que no tiene nada que ver con el sexo.
Por ejemplo, si estás pasando por un momento de ansiedad, es posible que tu archivo de sueños te arroje situaciones que también te generen ansiedad. Sin embargo, la experta Lauri Loewenberg explicó a Healthline que además este tipo de sueños pueden relacionarse, por lo general, con cierta insatisfacción emocional, sentimientos resueltos o no sobre el ex o esa ruptura, e incluso insatisfacción sexual actual.
Otra razón por la cual puedes estar teniendo este tipo de sueños puede estar relacionada con situaciones o actitudes que quisieras en tu vida. Adicionalmente, la experta también menciona a quienes sueñan con otra persona que no es su pareja y en el sueño está consciente de que está siendo infiel. En este caso, sugiere que pueda ser la respuesta a algo de ti mismo que no estás manifestando o estás reprimiendo en la relación actual, e incluso la respuesta puede ser mucho más sencilla: estás insatisfecho y así te lo muestran tus sueños para que le hagas frente a la situación.

Es posible que estés teniendo sueños eróticos porque quizás necesites recordar lo que es sentir placer sexual e incluso alcanzar un orgasmo. La buena noticia es que Dalfen asegura que los orgasmos de los sueños son reales, con lo cual tenemos dos opciones, intentar tomar valeriana, sobre la cual se dice que nos estimula a tener sueños más vívidos, o animarnos a llevar a la práctica durante la vigilia lo que el subconsciente nos está pidiendo.
