Stone Six: Be
Stone Six: Be by Wayne Holmes

In order to live in the present and simply “be,” we need to let go of the past. There is nothing there for us any longer. Of course, our memories won’t allow us to forget certain things that happened, but we can decide how we will allow them to affect our present and our future. We can look for the good, minimize the bad, and learn lessons that were meant for us.
We can let go of our future by releasing it into the hands of the Universe. If we try to control the uncontrollable, we will find disappointment and unhappiness. When we decide to live in the present moment, focusing our attention on the life that is unfolding
before our eyes, we can live in peace, love, and happiness. One secret is to focus on our connection with The Divine and make it the best possible. Recalling we are spiritual beings helps us to stay on the path and remain connected with The Divine, with others, and with ourselves. Live in the moment. Be present, be open, be available, and be with your Higher Self.
