"Are your views forever/or do you like a change of scenery" Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan
2019
THE
IDEA...
The participating NGO's wanted to use more creativity in their youth work and created this Job Shadowing project to respond to those needs. Through the activities in this project, the organisations increased their capacities in project
management
and
administrative
matters
by
learning
from
each
others' experience. In the core of this project was the creation of new Loesje groups, which will use the Loesje methodology as a creative non-formal educational tool in their youth work, to empower young people and improve conditions in their society.
Participating organisations in this project:
Loesje e.V. - Germany Info Front Prilep - North Macedonia System and Generation - Turkey Mladi Volonteri - Bosnia and Herzegovina Bridge to the future - Azerbaijan

In the coming days, local youth workers and local youth were trained in the theoretical and practical context of Loesje creative text writing. They learned the meaning of the methodology and how they can implement this method to empower and support young people. Through several interactive workshops a new Loesje poster series was created.

In the next days, we visited
Ostrozac na Uni, a village close to Cazin, on the main
migrant's route to Croatia, where we were hosted by a local family and tried Bosnian cuisine. We met members of Nahla from Velika Kladusa. We discussed the current situation of
migrants and refugees in that part of the country and realized
that the situation there is not presented at all in the media. We met local youth and together with them we discovered natural beauties like Strbacki Buk, a 25 meters waterfall on the river Una.
In the next week we continued the mobility in Visoko. We were hosted by our partner "Mladi Volonteri" in their office in the city. We exchanged information and good practices about good project management and sustainable Erasmus+ projects.
In the following days we implemented several Loesje creative text writing workshops and trained their youth workers how to deliver Loesje workshops.
As a part of this Job Shadowing we also met the local community, students in primary school and other organisations. We heard a lot about the activities of the local Roma organisation "Be my friend" and also the Roma Center for support "Romalen". organized
