Training was aimed at young and adult people who aimed at improving skills in managing and facilitating groups of young people during non-formal activities, such as international shortterm group volunteering or mobilities of young learners During the activity, the following topics were addressed: different forms of leadership, , prevention management and resolution of problems and conflicts, teamwork and stages of group development, communication and active listening, intercultural learning and cultural shock, example of team-building and socialisation activities, insight on Erasmus+, ESC and Youthpass key competences The training was implemented through non-formal education methodologies to stimulate active involvement of learners through work in group, brainstorming, simulations, role-playing games
