Traveling from Las Vegas to New York, we kept the vibes high in the fashion capital. From the incredible roster of brands to on-site experiences and street style, the February 2022 edition of MAGIC New York was the show to see and be seen. And if it’s happening in New York, it’s happening in fashion. This season featured new and noteworthy collections in trend and young contemporary apparel, footwear, and accessories, as well as a special curated selection of modern sportswear. Both brands and buyers showed up in fashionforward looks to welcome the transition from winter to spring, featuring dramatic silhouettes, oversized tailoring, and new ways to wear denim. Inspiration is the foundation of MAGIC New York, and while the well-heeled attendees provided lots of styling inspo, there was so much more creativity and excitement all around. Our emerging brands this season offered both unique and diverse products to provide retailers with the newness they are after. While they covered a variety of categories, these designers represented singularity in their approach to growing their businesses, yet they share the same wisdom, virtues, and tenacity.
