Fairway Luxury Cold Water Prawns Fairway Prawns are characterised by a good firm texture and an exquisite flavour attributed by their slow growth in the ice cold waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. They are a deep sea prawn (Pandalus Borealis), their natural quality is preserved by being cooked, peeled and individually quick frozen on landing. Now placed in a new look bag. Defrosting Instructions: Pour desired amount and allow to defrost for about an hour at room temperature or overnight in a refrigerator. To preserve quality avoid defrosting by heating.
