RS Agri Ltd is a family business - owned and managed by Richard Lloyd and Sarah Badham. Having worked together for over 20 years we have specialised in the sales and servicing of diet mixers since 1997. The brother-in-law/sister-in-law team launched the range of RS Agrimix Evolution machines in 2009. Customer response to the mixers has been excellent. Individually specified Every farm is unique - buildings and troughs are different, there are various sizes of groups to be fed and tractors vary in age and horse power. Our experienced sales team will help you decide which machine is the best for your situation.
Built to order The standard machine features such things as a high auger with many knives for great mixing, a wide front door for quick unloading, 2-speed gearbox with electric control, a straw ring and front platform. There is a great variety of door positions, conveyors and elevators, axles and wheels and weighing systems to suit all sizes and types of farms. We can supply machines that are narrow or low to fit around the tightest of buildings.
WEIGHING SYSTEMS All machines have a weighing system as standard. All weighers can be operated remotely with in cab monitors if required.
Upgrade to TMR Tracker a pc-based feed management system allowing rations to be uploaded and vital information of feed amounts and times to be downloaded to the pc. Specific Design The mixers have been designed to give a first class mix every time. Key to good mixing is the design of the auger. A full width, non-stepped tall auger with optimum number of knives ensures this happens every time and it also requires less power. Twin and triple augers feature a cross over system for improved mixing. A wide door ensures a fast feedout of fibrous and bale mixes and a variety of door positions, conveyors and elevators enables accurate delivery.

High quality build Mixers are built using high quality parts for long lasting service. Years of experience have shown what works well and machines are monitored and checked to ensure that quality is up to the required standard. New features include air-hydraulic braking systems, positive (power) steer axles and stainless steel options for the auger and tub.

Special Build If you want a machine built to measurements different to the standard ones listed, a special build machine can be produced. Wheels, axles and tubs can be made to suit your requirements - please ask for details of our bespoke mixer design.
The key feature of the Evolution machine is the ability to produce a highly consistent and homogenous mix of all ingredients every time whether a long fibre ration, straw mix or blends. The speed of mix is also very good, resulting in saving of operator time, tractor hours and diesel. This quality of mix helps to promote higher yields of milk and meat.
On-going support We offer customers a high level of after sales support. All parts are on the shelf - no waiting for things to come in. Support engineers are experienced and skilled and our vans are fully equipped.
Phone support is always available - 365 days a year. We are the only company (as far as we know) to put the directors mobile phone numbers on the side of every machine sold.
Contract Hire If you want to have a mixer on a fixed cost month by month, please ask about our contract hire terms. We can supply a mixer suitable for your requirements on a short or long term basis.
Refurbished Mixers We have a changing supply of mixers available for purchase. These are fully serviced and reconditioned to a high standard and can be specified to suit your feeding situation.
EVOLUTION MIXERS Straw ring For today’s higher fibre rations, a straw ring holds light material inside the tub.
Tall, full width augers More turns on the augers with four knives per flight for faster chopping and mixing. Option for stainless steel overlay & edging.
Platform A front platform with steps.
Knives Two positions for all knives (apart from the top knife) to provide a more aggressive chopping action if needed. Weighing system Accurate to 1% and fitted as standard on all machines.
Axles and wheels Axles and wheels to suit your feeding situation. Full commercial axle/brake system available including the option of air-hydraulic brakes. NEW positive (power) steering option for 2015.
2-speed gearbox Fitted as standard to all mixers.
Contra knives Two contra knives on all single auger models, four on twin and triple models.
Tub magnets & other options Powerful tub magnets fitted into the tub wall. These can be fitted into new or used mixers. Other options include wide angle PTO, hydraulic contra knives, mineral chute, grease bank manifold, flow valves and cameras.
1.1m door Wide enough to cope with today’s longer fibre mixes.
Custom built conveyor Features anti-shock drive, and external, greaseable bearings. Belts are easy to run up and track.
