RS Agri Ltd is a family business - owned and manworked together for over 20 years we have specialised in the sales and servicing of diet mixers since 1997. The brother-in-law/sister-in-law team launched
the range of RS Agrimix Evolution machines in 2009. Customer response to the mixers has been excellent.
We hope they continue to benefit from the commit-
ment we have both to the products we sell and the customers we look after by offering unrivalled after sales service and
The standard machine features such things as a front door for quick unloading, 2-speed gearbox with
electric control, a straw ring and front platform. There is a great variety of door positions, conveyors and
elevators, axles and wheels and weighing systems to suit all sizes and types of farms. We can supply
machines that are narrow or low to fit around the tightest of buildings. We can build the machine fit to YOUR needs.
support.
SPECIFIC DESIGN
The mixers have been designed to give a first class
mix every time. Key to good mixing is the design of the auger. A full width, non-stepped tall auger with
INDIVIDUALLY SPECIFIED
Every farm is unique - buildings and troughs are
different, there are various sizes of groups to be fed
and tractors vary in age and horse power. Our experienced sales team will help you decide which machine is the best for your situation.
optimum number of knives ensures this happens every time and it also requires less power. Twin and triple augers
feature a cross over system for improved mixing. A wide door enables food to be unloaded fast and a variety of options of doors, elevators and conveyors means a quick unload.
HIGH QUALITY BUILD
Mixers are built using high quality components to
give long lasting service. Years of experience have shown what works well and machines are constantly
monitored and checked to ensure that quality is up
to the required standard. Latest features include the option of commercial specification axles, brakes and air-hydraulic braking systems.
EXCELLENT MIXING
The key feature of the Evolution machine is the ability to produce a highly consistent and homogenous mix of all
ingredients every time - whether a long fibre ration, straw
mix or blends. The speed of mix is also very good, resulting in saving of operator time, tractor hours and diesel.
This quality of mix helps to promote higher yields of milk and meat.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
We offer customers a high level of after sales support.
All parts are on the shelf - no waiting for things to come in. Support engineers are experienced and skilled and our vans are fully equipped.
Phone support is always available - 365 days a year.
We are the only company (as far as we know) to put the
directors mobile phone numbers on the side of every machine sold.
SEE WHAT SOME OF OUR CUSTOMERS SAY.
“I’m delighted with the machine - it’s everything I’d hoped for ... I’m very pleased with it” (Robert Kirkwood, Scotland, ownerof EVO12) “It’s simple, no nonsense, does the job and is better than the last machine. It gives a regular and controlled chop with a much better consistency of mix” (Peter Appleton, Sussex, owner of EVO24)
