The Evolution of Nelson Mandela By Veronica Mackey
e will never see the likes of Nelson Mandela again. But let me say to the people of Africa, and young people around the world: You can make his life’s work your own,” said President Barack Obama, eulogizing his hero, Nelson Mandela. He added that Mandela “woke me up to my responsibilities—to others, and to myself—and set me on an improbable journey that finds me here today.” The president was one of several dignitaries who spoke to thousands of mourners at FNB Stadium in South Africa Nelson Mandela on Tuesday.
