introduction Thank you Jase, Dave and Marc for giving me the opportunity to show you what Innuendo Advertising can do to help launch and manage your Facebook Page. Social Media has ultimately changed the communication landscape and is showing no sign of slowing down. As marketers you must evolve in order to stay relevant in this competitive landscape. What we have to realise and embrace is that a consumer spends the majority of their digital life interacting with Social Media, not on a corporate website. It’s just a matter of how to leverage this social behavior to enhance the communication approach and ultimately meet your business objectives. Long-term success is less about the tactics and more about the role it plays in achieving a loyal and trusted voice on social platforms. Your brand, JasonL markets itself as ‘your furniture mate’, which gives us a great foundation to build and launch a Facebook Page. We would be dedicated and focused on developing content and managing social media campaigns for you. We will take care of the development of competitions and promotions, and thus drive customer interest in your brand. profile picture & thumbnails 1. Profile Picture Updating the profile picture to

reflect the JasonL brand. The first impression of your fan page, will essentially be your profile picture. 2. Thumbnails The featured photo feed, (the row of 5 photos) allows you to get creative with this panel and use it for branding. This follows on from your profile picture, and extends brand awareness. These can be changed whenever you have a campaign or promotion to reflect whats going on in the salon at that particular time.

Facebook tabs This acts as a mini website that sits on Facebook. If your customers want to get a quick preview into your brand, we can design something like this to host all that information. • This can be ‘product template’ showcasing products etc. • This can be a price list. • Or like i said above, act as a mini website.

content Whilst most retail based pages produce content regarding products, sales and services, we believe that this is not the ideal way to go for the majority of Facebook posts. The benefit of being involved in social media is to engage with your community and start up conversations. This then creates a trust in your brand, and an interest in what you have to say. Therefore when you have legitimate content, your Facebook fans will be engaged in this space. In saying this, we would come up with entertaining content that is furniture based. For example, referencing design blogs, feng shui ‘how to’ guides, the perfect ‘office chair’ for your personality etc will still be on topic, but still give your fans inspiration and perhaps motivation to buy your product. Giving an alternate avenue to blatant promotion sales is how we will work to build your brand as an ambassador as the online furniture ‘mate’, rather then using social media as another obvious marketing tool.
