Inova Emergency Medicine and Trauma Teams

When minutes matter, Inova’s Emergency Medicine and Trauma Teams respond with specialized expertise and compassion. Along with our region’s first responders, Inova stands ready for the most serious and life-threatening situations, night and day.

In 2022, nearly 500,000 patients received emergency care at our 11 different locations and almost 5,000 patients received trauma care at our Fairfax and Loudoun care sites. With Northern Virginia's only Level I Trauma Center, Inova provides the highest level of care available.
