Arabella Golf Mallorca implementa por primera vez en un campo de Mallorca el doble tee de salida.

Golf Son Muntaner se posiciona una vez más como referencia no solo a nivel local, sino a nivel europeo para disfrutar de una experiencia única en sus greens. Con el proyecto de doble tee salida, Golf Son Muntaner ofrece salidas simultáneas desde el hoyo 1 y el hoyo 10. De esta manera, los golfistas que empiezan en el hoyo 10 terminan su recorrido en el hoyo 9, y los que empiezan en el 1 lo finalizan en el 18.

El doble tee de salida brinda al golfista de una mejor experiencia por tres razones: en primer lugar, permite controlar mejor el ritmo de juego, ya que si un grupo se retrasa no afectará al campo durante todo el día. En segundo lugar, permite maximizar el número de tee times disponibles para que los golfistas puedan jugar los 18 hoyos en los horarios más demandados. Y, por último, se producen menos molestias por las tareas de mantenimiento del campo por parte del personal.

NUEVOS BLOQUES DE SALIDA.

Para efectuar dichas mejoras, se amplian a tres los bloques de salida durante casi 8 meses al año: el primero de 09.00 a 11.00 horas, el segundo de 13.20 a 15.20 horas, y el tercero, disponible únicamente en horario de verano de 17.40 a 19.00 horas.

Además, se reduce el intervalo en las salidas de 12 a 10 minutos, se ha creado una zona de Bag Drop y se ha rediseñado el flujo de entrada y salida del club.

Destacar también que se ha ampliado el horario del restaurante, que abre a las 08.00 horas.

For the first time on a course in Mallorca, Arabella Golf Mallorca is implementing double teeing.

Once again, Golf Son Muntaner positions itself as a reference not only on a local level, but also throughout Europe, for the enjoyment of a unique experience on its greens. With its double teeing project, Golf Son Muntaner offers simultaneous starts from hole 1 and hole 10. In this way, golfers who start at hole 10 complete their round at hole 9, and those who start at hole 1 finish at hole 18.

Double teeing gives golfers a better experience for three reasons: firstly, it allows for better control of the pace of play, because if a group lags behind it will not affect the course throughout the entire day. Secondly, it enables the club to maximise the number of tee times available so that golfers can play the 18 holes at the most popular times. And finally, there is less inconvenience due to course maintenance work by staff.

NEW TEE-TIME BLOCKS. To implement these improvements, it’s the number of tee-time blocks has been increased to three for nearly 8 months a year: the first one is from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, the second one from 1.20 pm to 3.20 pm, and the third one – available during the summer timetable – is from 5.40 pm to 7.00 pm.

Moreover, the interval of the start time is reduced from 12 to 10 minutes, a Bag Drop zone has been created, and the club’s entry and exit flow has been redesigned.

Golf Son Muntaner ist nicht nur auf Mallorca, sondern in ganz Europa der Inbegriff für Golf vom Feinsten. Jetzt ist hier auch ein Doppel-Tee-Start möglich, d. h. gleichzeitige Abschläge an Tee 1 und an Tee 10. Folglich beenden Golfer, die an Tee 10 starten, ihre Runde am 9. Loch, während Golfer, die vom 1. Loch abschlagen, ihre Runde am 18. beenden.

Insgesamt bietet ein Doppel-Tee-Start drei große Vorteile: Erstens lässt sich das Spieltempo besser steuern, denn Verzögerungen bei einer Gruppe beeinflussen nicht mehr den gesamten Tagesablauf. Zweitens erhöht sich so die Anzahl der verfügbaren Abschlagszeiten auf ein Maximum, so dass die Golfer auch während der Stoßzeiten alle 18 Löcher spielen können. Drittens und letztens kommt es zu weniger Interferenzen mit dem Personal, das den Platz pflegt.

NEUE ABSCHLAGSZEITEN. Diese Optimierungen bringen drei neue Abschlagszeiten an knapp 8 Monaten des Jahres mit sich: 09.00 bis 11.00 Uhr, 13.20 bis 15.20 Uhr und 17.40 bis 19.00 Uhr (nur im Sommer).

Damit verkürzen sich auch die Abschlagsintervalle von 12 auf 10 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es jetzt einen Aufbewahrungsbereich für Gepäckstücke, und der Ein- und Ausgangsbereich des Clubs wurde zur Regelung des Verkehrsflusses umgestaltet.

Ein weiteres Plus sind längere Restaurant-Öffnungszeiten: Gäste können den hervorragenden Service jetzt bereits ab 08.00 Uhr genießen.
