Por ello, Alexandra Schörghuber recibió el premio “Embajadora de las Islas Baleares” en Palma de Mallorca el 27 de septiembre de 2022.
El premio de turismo es concedido anualmente por la autoridad turística balear y distingue a las personas que apoyan un concepto de turismo caracterizado por la responsabilidad social, la sostenibilidad y la calidad. El jurado, compuesto por representantes de diversas autoridades y asociaciones industriales, selecciona por unanimidad a nueve personas, empresas o instituciones. Los premios fueron entregados por la Presidenta del Gobierno Balear Francina Armengol, la Presidenta del Consejo Insular Catalina Cladera y el Consejero de Turismo Iago Negueruela. Enhorabuena a Alexandra Schörghuber por este gran premio.

The aspiration to establish quality tourism at the highest level runs as a leitmotif through all the entrepreneurial activities of the Schörghuber family on the island.
It is a special award that Alexandra Schörghuber has received for her decades of commitment to quality tourism on the holiday island of Mallorca. Following an unanimous decision by the jury of the Illes Balears Tourism Prize, she has been awarded the “Ambassador of the Balearic Islands” prize.
With the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, the Castillo Hotel Son Vida and the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel, three outstanding hotels with exclusive spa areas, an award-winning gourmet restaurant and four varied golf courses are part of the sophisticated hotel and golf offer that the Schörghuber family has created on Mallorca. The tourism prize is awarded annually by the Balearic tourism authority and honours people who support a tourism concept that is characterised by social responsibility, sustainability and quality. The jury, made up of representatives from various authorities and industry associations, unanimously selects nine people, companies or institutions. The awards were presented by the Balearic Prime Minister Francina Armengol, the President of the Island Council Catalina Cladera and the Minister of Tourism Iago Negueruela. We congratulate Alexandra Schörghuber on this great award.

Der Anspruch, einen Qualitätstourismus auf höchstem Niveau zu etablieren, zieht sich als Leitmotiv durch alle unternehmerischen Aktivitäten der Familie Schörghuber auf der Insel.
Es ist eine besondere Auszeichnung, die Alexandra Schörghuber für ihr jahrzehntelanges Engagement für Qualitätstourismus auf der Ferieninsel Mallorca erhält. Nach einstimmigem Beschluss der Jury des Tourismuspreises der Illes Balears wurde ihr der Preis „Botschafterin der balearischen Inseln” verliehen.
Mit dem St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, dem Castillo Hotel Son Vida sowie dem Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel gehören gleich drei herausragende Hotels mit exklusiven Spa-Bereichen, einem prämierten Gourmetrestaurant sowie vier abwechslungsreiche Golfplätze zum anspruchsvollen Hotel- und Golfangebot, das die Familie Schörghuber auf Mallorca geschaffen hat. Beim nachhaltigen Betrieb von Hotels und Golfplätzen ist die spanische Tochtergesellschaft Arabella Hoteles e Inversiones de España mittlerweile Spitzenreiter und eine aktive Beteiligung und Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft auf Mallorca ist selbstverständlich. Dafür wurde Alexandra Schörghuber am 27.09.2022 in Palma de Mallorca mit dem Preis „Botschafterin der balearischen Inseln” ausgezeichnet.
Der Tourismuspreis wird jährlich von der balearischen Tourismusbehörde vergeben und ehrt Personen, die ein Tourismuskonzept unterstützen, das von gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung, Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität geprägt ist. Die aus Repräsentanten verschiedener Behörden und Branchenverbände besetzte Jury wählt dafür einstimmig neun Personen, Unternehmen oder Institutionen aus. Übergeben wurden die Auszeichnungen von der balearischen Ministerpräsidentin Francina Armengol, Inselratspräsidentin Catalina Cladera und Tourismusminister Iago Negueruela. Wir gratulieren Alexandra Schörghuber zu dieser großartigen Auszeichnung.
