Candy Cane Fudge 3/4 cup condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup dark chocolate, melted Crushed candy canes

Directions: Grease 8x8 inch tin and line with baking paper. Place butter, water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add condensed milk and simmer, stirring continuously for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in extract and melted chocolate. Beat mixture continuously until smooth. Pour into tin to cool. When nearly set, use a sharp knife to score lines in fudge. Top with crushed candy canes. When cold, cut and chill until ready to use.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 4 tbsp. water 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp. golden syrup
