Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 cup whole milk
5.1 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. box vanilla wafer cookies
Directions:
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 cups heavy cream
4 bananas, sliced into coins
2 tsp. granulated sugar
In a large bowl, whisk condensed milk, whole milk, and pudding mix, breaking up any lumps. Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in another large bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside half of whipped cream for serving. Fold remaining whipped cream into milk mixture. Cover bottom of dish with wafers. Top with one-third of pudding mixture. Cover with another layer of wafers. Top with an even layer of banana slices. Continue to layer pudding, wafers, and bananas until you reach the top, ending with a final layer of pudding. Set aside remaining wafers for serving. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to overnight. Add granulated sugar to reserved whipped cream and stir to combine. Dollop on top of banana pudding. Crumble reserved wafers, then sprinkle over pudding.

Enjoy Water Recreation Safely
Electricity and water are dangerous around larger bodies of water. If you plan to go boating or fishing this summer, be aware of your surroundings and potential electrical hazards.
Never go swimming near boats plugged into shore power or docks with electrical service.
Check for the location of power lines before fishing. Make sure you are casting the line far away from power lines to avoid contact.
Contact between your boat and a power line could be devastating. Maintain a distance of at least 10 feet between your boat and nearby power lines to be safe.
If your boat comes in contact with a power line, never jump out of the boat into the water— the water could be energized. Stay in the boat and avoid touching anything metal until help arrives or until your boat is no longer in contact with the line.
