County invites community to Northside center By Lydia Schwartz Contributing Writer Hennepin County celebrated the opening of its third regional human services center, located at 1001 Plymouth Ave., N. in Minneapolis. The previously vacant industrial building that once housed a print shop has been transformed into an attractive space with large windows and features an intricate bicycle rack designed by Juxtaposition Arts.
