Our smoked fish is smoked locally by Alfred Enderby Ltd, Grimsby, one of only a few independent, family run, traditional fish smoking firms left in England. The traditional smokehouse with its distinctive tall chimneys is about 100 years old.

Our meat is supplied by John Pettit of Grimsby, award winning butchers established in 1892. Their Lincolnshire pork sausages, made to an original family recipe dating back to 1810, have a worldwide reputation and have won numerous awards. John Pettit has recently become the UK’s first “Baconologist” a title given to him by the British Pig Executive after winning 12 gold medals in their pork product of the year awards!

DESSERTS A new find, Red Star Chocolate, is a small artisan chocolate making company based in Cleethorpes. The finest cocoa beans are sourced and each manufacturing process from the initial cleaning of the beans through roasting, grinding, conching, tempering and moulding takes place under the watchful eye of chocolatier Duffy Sheardown. Duffy’s fine chocolate is the key ingredient of our dark chocolate tart. Our Cheeses are the award winning Cote Hill Blues from the Cote Hill Farm, Osgodby and the famous Lincolnshire Poacher.
