Thank you for your interest in Agape Volunteers! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Agape and also in taking one of our adventure holiday packages. This booklet is designed specifically for those people who are volunteering with Agape and the prices shown here are only available to those volunteers. Please also feel free to browse the Agape Adventures website which has extra information and photos of all of these trips. However, some of the prices on the site are for tourists, and you should always refer to this booklet for volunteer prices. All of these trips should be booked with your trip adviser at the same time that you book your volunteering package and they will be added to the same invoice. However, if you wish to add one after you have booked, please just let your trip adviser know and we can sort you out with a separate invoice. Nearly all of our volunteers book at least one of these extras as it is a fantastic opportunity to see everything your host country has to offer for a rate that isn’t available to tourists. Please have a read and I’m sure that something will take your fancy! Guillaume Lefevre Chief Executive Agape Adventures

Four Day Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari Price: £795
Availability: All year round, no minimum booking number
A once in a lifetime opportunity to experience wildlife up-close in the most famous national park in the world. You will depart from your accommodation early in the morning, heading for the Serengeti, taking lunch en route. On arrival, you will head straight out on an afternoon game drive through the Serengeti. You will camp overnight in the heart of the Serengeti at the Seronera Campsite. Serengeti National park spans across 14,763 Square Kilometres and is easily the country’s largest and most popular National park. The Serengeti is host to the annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeests’ trek for fresh grazing. Buffalo, elephants, giraffe, lions, hippos and hyenas are also frequently sighted throughout the Serengeti. The second day starts early with a morning game drive to catch the spectacular Serengeti sunrise. Lunch is taken back at the campsite before a second game drive to see the sunset in the park. The third day starts much the same as the second, but after lunch you head towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim where you will be able to see Zebra and elephants grazing that evening. The accommodation for the third night is on the crater edge at the famous Simba Campsite. The Ngorongoro Crater is a world heritage site, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and is commonly referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. The walls of the crater stand 2,000 feet high while the floor spans approximately 10 miles. Animal sighting throughout the crater includes elephant, black rhino, hippo, buffalo, eland, zebra, wildebeest, hartebeest, waterbuck, warthog, Grant’s gazelle and Thomson’s gazelle, baboons, vervet monkeys, lion, cheetah, hyena, jackal and the occasional leopard. Day four starts early with a game drive into the crater before heading back to your volunteer accommodation in time for dinner.
