Cycles was founded atural in 2013 by Dr Elina Berglund and her husband, Dr Raoul Scherwitzl. As a former member of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), Elina was part of the team that discovered the Higgs Boson particle – one of the most significant discoveries in particle physics, which went on to win a Nobel Prize. Raoul also has a background in particle physics and had always aspired to be an entrepreneur, using his knowledge of physics to make an impact in society.

Fitness aided in her emotional and physical healing after childhood and young adult trauma.
Isom started her career as a licensed cosmetologist. After 14 years in the industry, her passion for making people feel great expanded into health and fitness. It soon became her go-to for personal growth and healing from her struggle with body image after childhood molestation and young adult rape.
As a single mother of two, she led a life of poor eating habits. After a routine check up revealed dangerously high cholesterol levels Isom decided it was time for a change, she needed to get healthy.
Isom has over ten years experience as a Certified Master Personal Trainer of 7 AAAI/ISMA, CPR and First Aid. She is also a certified Life Coach through Cornerstone Training. She is on a mission to provide physically and mentally healthy resources to enhance the lives her of her clients.

Mommy and Me Time When my girls were toddlers, dressing them up and styling their hair was one of my favorite mommie and me moments. They loved every choice and was proud to swing their long braids and ponytails. I don't think I realized how fast they would grow up. Dressing them quickly turned into borrowing my clothes. But I never complain because not only does that prove that I am keeping up with trends, but I get to steal a few moments of their busy teenage time. Conversation are less about tie your shoe so you don't trip and more about mom guess what she said. And these are always my favorite. I never indulge in gossip. But I can't resist when it's my mini me's. Teenagers to Best Friends I toggled a bit with redifining my title as a mom. As the girls matured and grew into their womanhood, I found myself struggling to demand respect and while they discovered their voices as intelligent young women. As I am one who believes in expressing yourself, I decieded to give up the fight and allow them to evolve. It was clear that I had made the best decisions in their growth and development. Now it was time to let them become!
