How to Identify Your WHY

Jazzman Roberts $3.99

Holiday 2018/2019

EMPOWER THE YOU THAT DRIVES PASSION AND INNOVATION. In a world driven by looks, status and social media, an already challenging life can seem even more daunting to navigate. Deciding to live for you and how you see fit is so empowering. Let go of the "norm." Define your WHY and identify with what makes you want to jump out of the bed ready to hit the ground running!. Your choices are all yours! Their is no right or wrong way to do what you love. If it fuels you then give it all you have and let no one come in between you and your THING! I use to think that my crazy artistic ideas were so outside the norm that I would never receive respect or recognition.

I use to think that my crazy artistic ideas were so outside the norm that I would never receive respect or recognition. Then I realized that I am not normal. I am not boring. I love being weird and pride myself in not simply thinking outside the box but creating my own lane in which to deliver. So who cares if others think I'm a bit different. That's confirmation that I am doing the right thing! When you care less about outside noise and more about inner peace life can be as good as gold while you shine like the sparking diamond you are!

GUIDE TO HOSTING THE PERFECT HOLIDAY PARTY Chef Tom Douglas shares some great tips to hosting a successful holiday party.

It's time to get out of the kitchen and enjoy your party!

HAVE A PLAN Be ready to go. You want to feel elegant along with everyone else. Pre-make your appetizers and pastries. Then pull them out and bake them just before your guest arrive. Throughout the night, keep oven warm, 150-200 degrees. You want to provide room temperature food and enjoy them with your fingertips.

TASTE WINE BEFORE FINALIZING THE MENU You want to choose a cocktail that is compatible. This offers your guest a beautiful entrance into the evening and makes them feel welcome the moment they walk into your home! CONSIDER EVERYONE You want to be the host with the most! When choosing your menu, alter recipes for vegetarians and gluten-free guests.

It's Play Time! You don't stop playing when you "grow up." I love it when people ask, " how did you know you wanted to be a writer?" I can't wait to see the look on there face when I tell them, it's all about what I enjoyed doing as a kid. Way back in the day I talked so much that my mother would hide from me. I followed her from room to room while she cleaned up, telling her all about my day and making up funny stories. In elementary school, storytelling got me into trouble a few times. "She talks too much," the teachers would always tattle to my mother. I always knew that I wasn't just being disruptive. I had a lot to share. I had a big bold imagination. And I wanted to use it to inform, engage and entertain!

LOVE and RELATIONSHIPS

7.

Respect each other's differences.

8.

Acknowledge each other's accomplishments

If you wanted to be with someone just like you, you would have married your parents. You chose someone a little weirder than you, so embrace what you have and go with the flow!

It's natural to want to be the only nerd between the two of you. Remember, your partner is making big moves as well!

Relationship Tips for Couples and Singles

1. Do what works for your relationship Their isn't a right or wrong way, just "your" way, so do what brings your relationship value, joy and happiness!

2.

Don't try to change your mate.

Spend quality time together.

You've said I do. Now it's time for I will. I will plan vacations for just the two of us. I will meet you for lunch on Wednesdays. I will go fishing although I hate it. I will watch a chic flick although I'd rather the bat the bar.

10. Never ever compare your mate to someone else.

Unless you want to be told to kick rocks, I'd suggest that you choose your words wisely!

They may hate who you want them to become. After changing, you may not enjoy the results either. Then it's too late, you'll be stuck with the monster you've created!

3. Try new things together.

You may never want to try it again, but at least you gave it a shot!

4. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want or need.

"No relationship is perfect, but every relationship has value!"

Unless your mate is a psychic, you'll be waiting for ever.

5. Don't rely solely on your mate for your happiness.

If you can't make you happy, your mate has a long hard road ahead.

I created Share A Blanket Warm A Heart as a special way to give back to the community. I suffer with fibromyalgia. The cold months are bitter sweet. I enjoy the chilly nights and cool days, but my muscles burn and ache burn so badly that it's extremely difficult to spend any time outdoors. I could only imagine what life is like for a homeless person freezing for hours, in the cold while suffering with an autoimmune disease.

I've been blessed to have collected and donated over 500 blankets! It may not seem like a lot to give a blanket, but to those receiving them, it is absolutely amazing!

Just because they are without shelter doesn't mean they should be out in the cold!Â
