This picture book is about a girl who isn't often understood by others, because she cries easily and she tries to hide her tears in every way possible. She hides her tears and hides herself under the sea for fear that her tears will trouble other people's lives. In the end, her friend tells her that there's nothing wrong with being prone to tears and brings her out of her predicament.
