dominated the runway this year. Think slouchy wide-leg trousers, flowy oversized collarless blazers and silky, lightweight fabrics that oozed a chic, yet casual feel.

FOREST GREEN Forest green was the standout colour at this year’s Australian Fashion Week. Declared the shade of the season, this rich hue signals renewal, rebirth and reflection and was used as a tribute to mother nature. Many local designers showcased the colour in their designs to reflect their commitment to sustainability and the use of carbon-neutral and recycled fabrics.
