THIS HEALTHY STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT IS NOT ONLY DELICIOUS, BUT IT'S ALSO PACKED WITH NUTRIENTS AND ANTIOXIDANTS FOUND IN FRESH STRAWBERRIES, MAKING IT A PERFECT SPRING OR SUMMER DESSERT OPTION!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

 Place the sliced strawberries in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

 Add the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until well combined.

 Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

 Once the frozen yogurt is ready, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours until it reaches your desired consistency.

 Serve the frozen yogurt in individual bowls or cones, garnished with fresh sliced strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
