dayONE Experimenting with different kinds of plastic and shapes to learn how they react when blown up. We tried to make round shapes, cubes and pyramids. What we found out was, that when theese shapes get blown up they get a much more spherical shape than we imagined. What we thought would be a perfect cube turned out like a distorted and chubby cube. The picture on the following page is an experiment on using triangular shapes to create a form. This also turnes out much more spherical, than we had imagined. However, this does not have to be a disadvantage, though it is somethung we have to be aware of making figures and shapes.

How do you make a door that stimulates the senses more, than a regular door would? We have tried to get people more interested in entering a house or room by creating this semi-transperant door. Normally an entrance is very easy to pass, and when the door is closed it is impossible to see through. We are making an entrance which is difficult to pass, however - it is possible. You can choose to divide the blown up pieces at knee level and crawl unpleasantly into the house. You can also tro to oush the whole blown-up barrier down and investigate other ways to enter Using your senses First, you will use your eyes to see the plastic barrier. Your sight sense will be stimuĂŚated when you look through the plastic door into the next room. Your hearing sense is ctivated too, because you are able to hear the sounds from the house or from the outside. You are able to hear theese sounds because the barrier does not fill out the entire door opening. Your curiosity will be sparked and you will try to pass the entrance.
