All forms Tuition fees are in Swiss Francs, inclusive of VAT. Financial relations between parents and the school are governed by the general conditions of Institut Florimont. In particular, we note that: – Any demand for registration or re-entry is subject to payment of registration or re-entry fees as well as a deposit. Registration or re-entry fees are non-reimbursable, whether or not the student is admitted, and in case of nonacceptance, whichever is the reason for the decision. The deposit is taken at the time of the first invoice in the first quarter.
300.– – Registration or re-entry as agreed and signed by the parent is a firm commitment. Therefore, in case of a cancellation, the entire sum for the first quarter is owed to the school, whichever the reason is for cancelling. – School fees and half board pension are invoiced at the beginning of each quarter. They are payable immediately after the invoice is received. – In the case of departure during the year, school fees and half board pension are due in their entirety. – A reduction in fees is allowed based on the number of children at school. 25% off for the third child and 50% for the fourth child. Children of former students benefit from a special reduction of 20% on school fees, the first year only.
