RED VELVET With it’s tempting red hue, often garnished with an intricate chocolate piece on top, Red Velvet cake is easily recognized as one of the signature cakes from our pastry kitchen. Red Velvet cakes are made with an alternating layer of light and moist sponge cake and rich cream cheese-mascarpone filling.


BLACK FOREST Deliciously decadent moist chocolate cake that suits everyone’s taste, our take on this classic German dessert. Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake, with whipped cream and cherries between each layer. Decorated with whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.
