PURPOSEFUL ENTITY2ENTITY MEETINGS This FRAMEWORK is designed for entities to use in ENTITY MEETINGS. It is recommended that you bring this framework to each entity meeting you are attending—regardless of your position. 1) Ensure that the correct expectations are set regarding an EP’s TN. 40% of Value Delivery roots with proper expectations. Please set specific expectations for both the professional and cultural experience. 2) Based on your knowledge, what should your EPs be focused on developing? 3) What are the logical LEADERSHIP QUALITIES and defining elements for this experience? Why? 4) What will each entity be responsible for in order to CODELIVER these EPs with the proper experiences? i.e. What is the timeline? Remember, your entity meeting should never be just numbers. It should touch upon our CORE VALUE PROPOSITION - Leadership Development.

DELEGATE BOOK Click HERE to know more. day 5 We start with customer flow which is a space for your entity to figure out together how to make it happen together. food for thought

1. The IC agenda only has 20% of the sessions together with more workshops, more bottom up spaces etc. How can I prepare myself to lead a self-driven IC experience? 2. International Congress is not about getting answers from AIESEC International but leveraging off peer-topeer learning. What preparation should I do to fully utilise IC? 3. How can I prepare my entity to use IC Live and participate in the virtual agenda?

here’s something that might help

Warsaw has an extensive bus and tram system across the city as well as a good metro system running from the North to South. Most of the public transportation operates between 05:00 and 23:00, Night (N) buses also operate overnight.

TICKETING FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT A standard public transportation ticket (one-way) costs 3 .4 0 zł. Once you’ve got a ticket you will need to validate it in one of the box-style kasowniks. On the metro, this must be done before you get on board. Normally dressed ticket inspectors regularly stalk the lines, dishing out 266zł for those without valid tickets

COMMON MODE OF TRANSPORTATION

TRAM

BUS

Trams are the most widespread transport in the city centre. Tram schedules are also shown at stations and on the tram itself.

Buses are also convenient to take to travel around the city. Remember to wave or press the button on the bus for on demand stops.

METRO The Metro comes in handy when you decide to have a night out. It operates till 1am during weekdays and 3am on weekends.
