The MASTERMIND of the TEAM Jania Jacob Human Resources Director Welcome Aboard! Being part of the ISP family for the past 20 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Getting to know so many people from all over the world, understanding their needs and expectations and most importantly being there to support them in a way that contributes to ISP’s mission and vision is just part of what we do. I was born and raised in Panama. My family is from the countryside, from Los Santos province, a place very well known for celebrating the best carnivals in Panama. I went to college in the US and then moved back to Panama to continue my education in Finance and HR. I worked in key administrative positions before I was promoted to Business Manager and then to HR Director. ISP has been a great career opportunity for me. So many things have changed since I started working here. Today more than ever, I feel there is no place like ISP. A place full of energy, with a clear vision, a nurturing environment and people passionate about what they do. I am so excited to see so many great things happening around here and to be part of it. I have two beautiful childrenď Š (Victor 4 and Valentina 2) who are the center of my life and decisions. Our family loves spending time at the beach, in the countryside, with grandparents, at the playground (of course) or just reading a story book at night (one of my favorite times of the day). I am an avid reader and enjoy books related to wellness and self-improvement. I also enjoy cooking, going for a walk, dancing and music. I am sure you will enjoy this new step in your professional and personal life. Welcome to our great community!

Nathalie Campos HR Generalist / ES & Administrative Staff Hello! I’m happy to welcome you to Panama and to ISP! To tell you more about myself, I hold a master’s degree in marketing & advertising with emphasis in creativity and a bachelor degree in tourism with emphasis in hotel management. And shortly, I will take a master’s degree, this time, in human resources. My first professional experience was in the area of hotel management, customer service and tourism; in hotel chains such as Marriot, Bristol Panama and Riu Plaza. Working with people and learning and understanding different cultures is my passion, so human resources was the right move for me. I have been working as a human resources professional for the last nine years in companies such as Tecoloco.com, Digicel, Samsung Electronics and UBS Asesores.
I am a very social person who loves to organize events and activities. I like to watch sports (tennis and boxing being my favorites), play domino and ping pong, watch action and science fiction movies, attend cultural events, listen to music and going to the beach. I enjoy traveling, but as a proud Panamanian, I can´t help coming back home. I joined ISP on November 21st, 2016, and as the HR Generalist for Elementary School Teachers, I will guide and help you with enthusiasm and positive attitude. The FORCE of the TEAM Daphne Sanchez HR GENERALISTS HR Generalist / MS & HS, Maintenance & Cafeteria Staff
Welcome to the ISP Family!!! I started working at the age of 17 and studied psychology. I’ve worked in several companies, including Caterpillar Panama Services, before I came to ISP. In the blink of an eye, I became part of this amazing School three years ago. I’m proud to say that working for ISP has taken my personal and professional skills to a higher level. It has given me the strength, resources an abilities that I will carry with me for the rest of my life and professional path. What I love the most about ISP is the diversity. Teachers from many different countries and cultures work here at ISP. There is always something or someone new here.
I also love working with the Dolphins: our Maintenance and Cafeteria Staff. Listening to music and writing are my favorite things to do. I also enjoy watching movies, having a BBQ with my friends, going to the beach, and spending time with my niece Alessa. The FORCE of the TEAM HR Assistant HR ASSISTANTS “I would love to work for a company with strong values that is very goal oriented and that believes in personal and professional growth” ~ Morena Chettani I was looking to work for a place with the above qualities, before I came to ISP on August, 2016. Since the very first interview I could feel the warmth of the people that work here and I couldn’t believe it was real. As the days passed, I could breathe the positive energy in the air, filled with serenity, children’s laughter, and a strong sense of companionship. Among us, the word “Teamwork” is our daily bread. There’s an incredible sense of belonging and, even though I’m relatively new at ISP, I can testify to it. I’m an Administrative Industrial Engineer that, somehow, got involved in the world of Human Resources, but ended up feeling disappointed with how it is currently mismanaged in other companies.
So, I took that as an inspiration to make a change and do things right: I’m currently studying a master’s degree in administration and development of human resources. Music is my passion! We live our lives with beautiful soundtracks, even if we don’t notice it at every second. A song carries deep meaning, with or without words accompanying the music, so that makes it my biggest passion of all. Really close to it are reading and writing books, poems, and just about everything, everywhere. I, also, love to cook and create recipes with my baby and fiancé. I’m in charge of the communications side of human resources in here, as well as of the planning of events. However, I assist with every process handled by my team. Amiable, resourceful and cosmopolitan. That’s how I see ISP. After these few months at ISP, I can happily say that I work for a company with strong values that is very goal oriented and that believes in personal and professional growth. I had the pleasure of joining the ISP family in 2014. Working at ISP has been a completely different experience for me. I have met people from all over the world and even had the opportunity to learn a second language. I have a beautiful family: my husband and two daughters, the last being of 16 and 17 years old respectively. They are my main motivations in life. I consider myself a friendly, respectful and cooperative person. I assist my team with every process that we handle. I believe that we are all key elements to succeed in your establishment in Panama and in ISP. I like working out and enjoying cultural events, and ISP’s facilities are ideal for that.
