EMMANUELLE CHÂTEL BRAND MANAGER

PATRICK THORNE EDITOR Patrick has been a full time, year round, professional mountain writer for 25 years. Nicknamed ‘The Snow Hunter’he has located 6,000 ski areas in 80 countries and for the past decade has published a weekly bulletin of stories from all around the planet, notching up more than 5,000 reports. He has written a dozen books, received several awards and had his work translated in to more than 20 languages.

Emmanuelle graduated in Communication & Marketing from Grenoble Business School. Moving straight into the world of publishing after graduation, a few years she left the confines of the office for wide-

open spaces to experience a true adventure in the French Alps.

His journey into Publishing started when he founded Square Mile in 2002, providing Wi-Fi on yachts. Within just 4 years, BT bought the company. At the same time, Dominic sold an online marine publishing business. His ultimate aim was to create a business that fulfilled his passion for the mountains. Identifying an obvious gap in the Publishing market in the 2007/8 Season, InTheSnow was launched and come 2015 Love The Mountains was a natural progression.

Anne a true lover of the mountains and action sports. Inspired by Wonder Woman and the Dukes of Hazzard, she was windsurfing and riding BMX under the age of 10, then moved into MTB, has raced DH and Boardercross, tried Enduro SUP racing and plans to do a lot more in 2017. She has over 20years experience; working for some of the biggest MTB and action sports brands on the planet, as well as many lifestyle and fashion brands, worked 3 winter seasons

and run an action sports content agency for 6 years. She is an expert in all things mountains and action sports.

Conquered by this lifestyle so unique, fond of sports now one thing is for certain : she won’t go far away from the mountain

Debbie has a first-class, blue-chip background but her passion for skiing took over. Having been part of InTheSnow since launch she now manages the entire production process in-house.

MEGAN HUGHES SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT MANAGER Megan has inherited a love of the mountains from her parents, who met as ski guides back in the 80s. After completing her Master’s degree in International Journalism at Sussex, Megan pursued her dream of working a ski season as a rep in St. Anton, which she absolutely loved. As part of the team here, she is delighted to be combining her love of skiing with her journalism and social media skills.

10mm MARGIN

As nearly all InTheSnow ad sizes run to the edge of the page, we require that all artwork supplied have at least 3mm bleed to each side. This area should not contain anything of crucial value, as it will be cut away when the final copies of the magazines are trimmed and finished, but any images or coloured backgrounds running to the very edge of your ads should run into the bleed space. 3mm BLEED

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet before trimming. In other words, the bleed is the area to be trimmed off.

JUNIOR DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD* 350mm [W] x 200mm [H] No Bleed Required Text Area: 350mm [W] x 200mm [H]

Why do I need to keep my text 10mm from the edge of the ad artwork? As there is a certain margin of error in the trimming of all print media, we advise keeping all crucial text and logos at least 10mm (13mm including bleed) from the edge of your artwork to avoid any of this information becoming accidentally cropped during the trimming of the final magazine copies.
