Speaking with Julia Morris this month (Making Every Bite Count page 14) we are reminded of the importance of using our time wisely and how easy it is to become so frantically busy that we literally burn out. After a sold-out tour of Australia’s capital cities in 2017, Morris is heading back out on the road with her highly acclaimed one woman show this month.
