PROVISIONALLY HOLDING A DATE
You can provisionally hold One date for a maximum of two weeks. There is no deposit required to provisionally hold a date. If you would like to confirm the date withing two weeks, a €1000 deposit is required.

When making your first deposit, a contract will be written up by your wedding coordinator & signed by the two parties to secure the date.
PAYMENT PLAN
• 2nd deposit – 50% of your total bill due 6 months before wedding
• 3rd deposit – 75% of your total bill due 3 months before wedding
• Final payment due 5 DAYS prior to the wedding along with final numbers.
The final attendance figure is the minimum number for which you pay for. Any extra guests will be charged accordingly the day after wedding.
