General wedding information
PROVISIONALLY HOLDING A DATE
You can provisionally hold One date for a maximum of two weeks. There is no deposit required to provisionally hold a date. If you would like to confirm the date withing two weeks, a €1000 deposit is required. A date can be confirmed with payment via:

• Card via phone call
• Card / Cash in hotel
When making your first deposit, a contract will be written up by your wedding coordinator & signed by the two parties to secure the date.
PAYMENT PLAN
• 2nd deposit – 50% of your total bill due 6 months before wedding
• 3rd deposit – 75% of your total bill due 3 months before wedding
The final attendance figure is the minimum number for which you pay for. Any extra guests will be charged accordingly the day after wedding.
