Mission

Management

The Complexo Industrial da Machava concept is based in the construction of infrastructures & providing services for an industrial and logistic platform. The project was thought in a way to commercially fit & be aligned with the Government strategy to create industrial parks. This project will allow a faster set up of several existing initiatives in Maputo. It also aims to be a trigger point & catalyst of economic activity and job creation.

The project will fall under the management of Invalco On site there will be a local management structure in place to provide immediate & local support services to the companies installed in the park. In addition, there will be auxilliary services such as restaurants, cafes, CCTV, banks, clearing agents, etc.

Organisation The whole organisational structure is based on the definition of specific business areas that complement each other. With supporting services, technology & good business practices. In fact, the construction of the business park will be done in such a way, that it would comply with the regulation to simply acquire the approvals for conversoin into an Industrial Free Zone (IFZ)

Commercial Warehousing (27 Warehouses) The commercial pavilions, will have big front windows facing one main road within the park. The warehouse will offer the possibility to partition the space. This allows a combination of their commercial wholesale activity (showroom) with a stock area very close to the point of sales, as well as spacious, fully functional back office support.

Industrial Warehousing (14 Warehouses) The industrial & logistic platform areas will be located in a more restricted area of the park. These pavillions are designed for companies who require seamless access, reception & exit of goods, good space / stocking facilities, stock management and distribution. The area is designed to allow for truck manouevres to load and off-load.

Light Industry No matter the size of your operation, we are certain our pavillions will accomodate you. The proximity to major transport routes make the Machava Industrial Park ideal for your factory.
