FORCE ONE

#39

"SNOWFLAKES AND STYLE" Welcome to the 39th edition of Force One! A very masculine issue... celebrating style, elegance, but also willpower, determination, and dedication to the success of that part of the world that, in this historical period, is perhaps represented a bit too negatively ;-) Despite these considerations, the gaze of Force One aims to remain light, focused on the beautiful things in life, values, places, symbols of prosperity, and happiness. On the cover, the man of the moment, Jannik Sinner, who is literally soaring to the top of the world tennis, doing so with disarming simplicity and elegance. Next, the return (had he ever disappeared?) of the dandy: from Italy to Japan, passing through Africa... the man who, before appearing, is, and to be, he wants to appear. And then lots of snow, art, cars, and the inevitable shopping (they say that Force One's is the most beautiful of all, they say...) Happy reading!

JANNIK SINNER

NEW STYLE ICON by Dafne Funeck A free spirit, timeless style, and undeniable talent. Jannik Sinner, born in 2001, has been crowned the world's most beloved tennis player according to the ATP Fans Favourite Award 2023. Destined for success and acclaim across all rankings, the South Tyrolean not only stands out as the most sought-after athlete of the moment but also embodies the Italian essence of dressing well in looks that defy conventions.

12

There was a time when being a free spirit meant embracing dandyism, and social disparity manifested in grammars to be interpreted and rediscovered with care. Today, the modernity of this phenomenon translates into unprecedented stylistic variations that reflect the spirit of the present time. A maverick on and off the court, Jannik Sinner emerges as the perfect synthesis of outfits that tell his story and highlight his gameplay, ready to showcase wearability and a distance from the norm. His onomatopoeic approach to clothing is expressive and fresh simultaneously: wearable pieces like crewneck sweaters are paired with cotton pants and sneakers, preferably white. The classic color palette unfolds in shades of blue, anthracite gray, cream, and a touch of black. For the evening, soft tailored suits are worn with white crewneck t-shirts. The extreme cleanliness of the lines, much like his gameplay, is influenced by attention to accessories, evidenced by his choice to wear a Rolex Submariner watch on his wrist, of which he is an ambassador. Rolex has indeed choosen Jannik Sinner as a testimonial for its values, a pursuit of the highest performance, and also a sober and elegant style. These principles are historically tied to tennis, and the Italian player embodies them perfectly, thus joining the ranks of other court legends such as Roger Federer, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Rod Laver, and Björn Borg.

14

Body, attire, and playing style merge in a performance reminiscent of the dandy: everything reflects an image to identify with. The journey into the champion's taste continues with his choices of uniforms during matches, reflecting his playing style: direct and determined. Even on the court, Sinner embraces glamour with specially crafted bags from Gucci, a tangible result of his partnership with the brand of which he is an ambassador. Since July 2023, the iconic travel bag from the Florentine maison accompanies him to every tournament in different variations, always in line with the court and playing surface. From Wimbledon with the GG canvas version and custom Web ribbon with the initials JS, despite the only allowed color on the court being white, to the one with blue and yellow details for the Grand Slam played in August in New York City, and through the version that pays homage to the official colors of the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin: blue and black. Different aesthetic variations for a nostalgic vintage appeal, a stylistic clash between technical sportswear and accessories used as embellishments.

THOSE FINE GENTLEMEN

TALES OF DANDYISM by Dafne Funeck Unconventional style, ordinary chaos, and the pursuit of self-expression conveyed through personal and charismatic uniforms. Dandies have traversed centuries of social rebellion to land in the contemporary era with unconventional aesthetic codes that push the boundaries

Metamorphoses of classic male images are set against traditional backdrops, giving life to unique stylistic experiments that play with details without ever being out of place. Today, as in the past, devotion to beauty and a liberal approach manifests in looks capable of breaking every rule to present oneself to the world as unique and timeless creatures. Velvets, tailored suits, and wide-brimmed hats, along with decorative elements that surpass daring and evoke British echoes; but also speed, well-dressed attire, and studied poses are just some of the characteristics defining contemporary Dandies, echoing those of the past with illustrious names like Oscar Wilde, Gabriele D'Annunzio, Beau Brummel, Lord Byron. Philosophy, sociology, art, and culture converge in a blend indicative of the journey into beauty that still leaves in us a lingering desire for indulgence. Surrounding the imagery: classic watches, vintage cars, and motorcycles. Winning details that allow us to reach - today through Instagram - into the hearts of those who, captivated, let themselves be drawn into living canvases inhabited by cosmopolitan spirits. From Europe to Africa, passing through Asia: we've circled the globe to tell stories of strong styles and personalities, diverse yet bound by a common denominator: fashion. Dandyism, from a social phenomenon, has transformed, under the weight of the years, into a social media phenomenon, turning contemporary men into international personalities who love to publicly share every detail, becoming protagonists of a game in which to lose and find oneself. If dandyism is an ever-evolving phenomenon that doesn't seem to be giving way to other trends, the only question left is: who are the true dandies today?

The Eclecticism of Paul Stafford - Ireland Rings, hats, and extravagant accessories. The sartoriality of classic men's suits meets the eclecticism of ties with whimsical prints and vintage inspirations. For Paul Stafford, ties and sunglasses are the key to the look. @paulstafford1

Ryan Goodyears, a contemporary dandy in the style of D'Annunzio United Kingdom The love for vintage cars, like D'Annunzio, tailored suits, and the flat cap. Through his work in images, Ryan Goodyears takes us to a bygone world, where wool or cashmere sweaters are a must, while distinctly British geometries hurtle us back in time to explore an elegance mixed with eccentricity. Never without: a diamond-patterned pullover. @suits_and_cylinders

The Art of Beauty by Yoshio Suyama - Japan It's hard not to see Yoshio Suyama wearing a jacket and trousers ensemble. His recognizable and tangible elegance takes on a Western style with nods to the East through silk accessories in harmony with his looks. For contemporary dandies, perfume remains the signature to leave their mark.

Not just a Dandy, Fabio Attanasio - Italy Timeless elegance, tailoring, and craftsmanship characterize the style of Fabio Attanasio, born in 1987. Post-colonial Dandyism - Democratic Republic of Congo Alongside the quintessentially Western dandies exist African super dandies, also known as Sapeurs, lacking social profiles, but whom we wanted to pay homage to through the shots from a few years ago by the Italian photographer Daniele Tamagni (1975 – 2017), passionate about metropolitan subcultures worldwide. The Sapeurs, gentle artists and peaceful fighters for a democratic society, nod to color and elegance, expressing their ideologies through extravagant looks, understood as statements free from conventions and prejudices. STYLE IS LIFE

DANIELE TAMAGNI, MASTER OF STREET FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY by Luca Marotta Our previous editorial, dedicated to the Dandy, concludes with a truly special photograph by Daniele Tamagni, who, in the 2000s, left an indelible mark on photography capturing spontaneous fashion trends emerging on streets worldwide. His innovative gaze seamlessly blended photojournalism, street photography, and fashion into a distinctive style. Documenting the styles and trends of fashion in the streets, he testified to their political and social value. In his photos, clothing becomes identity, immortalizing the pride and joy of urban communities for whom "style is life," as the exhibition title suggests. Milan, his city, will finally host a significant retrospective exhibition in his honour. The exhibition, "Daniele Tamagni: Style Is Life," will open to the public on Friday, 9th February 2024, at Palazzo Morando|Costume Moda Immagine in Milan (Via Sant'Andrea 6). Curated by Aïda Muluneh and Chiara Bardelli Nonino, promoted and organized by the Daniele Tamagni Foundation in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, it marks the first major retrospective of the Milanese photographer, winner of prestigious international awards, who tragically passed away at 42 in 2017. The exhibition, showcasing 90 photographs, including some entirely unseen, provides a comprehensive overview of his most significant works, carefully curated by the exhibition's organizers. The journey begins with the Congolese sapeurs of SAPE (Society of Animators and Elegant People), also known as the "dandies" of Bacongo, a district in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. Tamagni's photos reveal the style and colours of their clothing, accessory details, as well as the taste and joy of life. From the origins of the movement in the early 20th century, sapeurs reinterpreted the style of French colonizers, using ostentation, luxury, and sophistication as tools of cultural resistance within their communities. The exhibition also features Tamagni's 2012 project on the metalheads of Botswana, capturing the afrometal movement at its peak. As a guest of a heavy metal group created by the grandchildren of an Italian psychologist who built the country's main mental hospital, Tamagni immortalizes the daily lives of the artists, leading us into an "African dark" imaginary. Next, we encounter the symphony of vibrant fabrics in the traditional costumes of Bolivian wrestlers, the cholitas, recognized by their pollera, a distinctive skirt challenging traditional gender roles and embodying concrete and positive forms of female empowerment through wrestling. Tamagni's street photography showcases the young urban crews of Johannesburg, originating in a politically repressive context where fashion, once again, offers a means of identity repositioning in a reimagined and liberated society. Through his 2012 photos of "Joburg Style Battles," Tamagni initiates photographic conversations, collaborative art exercises representing a diverse and vital scene of style and performance populated by dance crews like the Vintage and subcultures like the Smarteez. The photographer documents this mosaic of stories, styles, and individuals where fashion is a tool to express and represent hard-won freedom. The exhibition continues with a section dedicated to Dakar Fashion Week, where Tamagni captures intimacy and spontaneity backstage at Senegal's fashion shows. In 2012, few international photographers were present to document what is now the flagship event of African fashion. The exhibition concludes with a section showcasing the works of the first three winners of the Daniele Tamagni Grant, established by the foundation to not only celebrate Daniele's artistic legacy but also affirm his connection to Africa by supporting the training of emerging photographers in partnership with the Market Photo Workshop in Johannesburg. Founded by David Goldblatt in 1989, before the end of apartheid, the school stands as the leading African educational institution in photography. Daniele Tamagni's work has always been guided by his great empathy towards others, by his ability to capture in a smile, or even in a simple accessory worn, the depth of the emotions of every human being. This is perhaps his most important legacy.

31 DANIELE TAMAGNI Daniele Tamagni, arguably the most prominent street fashion photographer in the 2000s, received the Canon Young Photographer Award in 2007 for his series on Congolese dandys, "Sapeurs of Brazzaville." In 2009, he published "Gentlemen of Bacongo" with a preface by Paul Smith, inspiring Smith's Spring-Summer 2010 collection. Daniele received the ICP Infinity Award in 2010. In the same year, he explored women wrestlers in La Paz, Bolivia (Cholitas Luchadores), winning the World Press Photo in the Arts & Entertainment category in 2011. Between 2011 and 2013, Tamagni delved into street style trends in in South Africa, Senegal, Cuba, Burma, Botsawana, resulting in the book "Global Style Battles." edited in New York, Paris, and Japan. Simultaneously, he balanced research with commercial assignments, photographing Solange Knowles for for his video Losing You inspired to his book Gentlemen of Bacongo in 2012, and shooting covers for Rolling Stones SA. In 2014, he began his battle with leukemia. Despite this, his images feature in 25 books globally. Exhibitions of his work have occurred annually since 2010 in Europe and the US, hosted by private galleries and museums such as LACMA, MoMA, Vitra, MOCP, Brighton Royal Pavilion, MART Rovereto, Museo de Citade Lisboa, Carrousel du Louvre, Lentos Kunst Museum, Prins Claus, among others. His fine art prints were acquired by LACMA, MOCP, Houston Fine Art Museum, Brighton Royal Pavilion, and Shules Museum Hambourg.

Daniele Tamagni - Style Is Life Hardcover - 240 x 320 mm - 256 pages - 150 photographs The exhibition is accompanied by a large format monograph published by Kehrer Verlag. The book is enriched by photos of other projects (Cuba, Kami, Nairobi), by a wide selection of contributions from curators, gallerists, photo editors and finally from the story of Daniele told by the writer Angelo Ferracuti who with great sensitivity outlines the human and professional path of the artist. Image after image the gaze of the photographer emerges who, using his vast knowledge of art and passion for fashion and subcultures, witnessed the social evolution of the new generations in Africa and Latin America through clothing and celebrated the strength community identity in the context of an increasingly globalized and interconnected world.

LA FERME DE MON PÈRE:

ACQUA IN BOCCA! by Olivia Rose The Italian expression "acqua in bocca," literally "water in your mouth," suggests a pragmatic way to keep a secret and refrain from speaking. But the novelty proposed by the restaurant "La Ferme de mon père" at Zannier Hotels Le Chalet in Megève is too tempting not to share with everyone: for this winter season, one of the most acclaimed tables in the French Alps becomes Italian! After a decade of culinary excellence, the establishment is reinventing itself with the arrival of chef Luca Amato, originally from Napoli. This new 2023-2024 season will be marked by a celebration of contemporary Italian cuisine, rooted in family roots and respect for the terroir. With the arrival of chef Luca Amato, La Ferme de Mon Père has decided to offer a menu devoted entirely to Italian cuisine; a contemporary Italy steeped in family traditions. Behind this new concept is the desire not to rest on its laurels, to surprise an increasingly demanding clientele, and to offer something new in Megève, where traditional Savoyard restaurants are still in the majority. TEXTURES

THE POWER OF MATTER by Victoria Morris A new concept in the heart of the Zannier Hotels Le Chalet, hosting Stay Tuned Gallery to present “Textures” – an offthe-beaten-path exhibition featuring four established and emerging women artists, each exploring the importance of the medium, texture and light, within their compositions. From December 15th, 2023 to April 2nd, 2024

Art is material, and is made of matter. However, is ther a limit to the creation of matter? To address this query, four talented artists, Adeline Halot, Tiffany Bouelle, Mélinda Infante and Meryl Yana, had to re-imagine various artistic mediums, providing fresh perspectives, in order to redefine and transform the interior spaces of the hotel, while respecting its minimalist philosophy. To each artist, the task was to provide her own personal interpretation of the concept of material, drawing inspiration from the space where her works would be exhibited. Celebrating the material and the work of creation, the artists harnessed the power of telling stories of the fabrics that make up their works to create an imaginary bridge with the past, traditions, and diverse cultures. On the other hand, it was essential to carefully observe the exhibition spaces, aiming to engage observers in a completely different way with the space and light. This exhibition is a unique opportunity to live a different experience on the mountains, ceebrating the work of these artists who contribute to the development and evolution of art, by questioning its limits, where light and texture are the essence.

THE CAROUSEL OF ART

LUNA LUNA IS BACK

Keith Haring paints his carousel. © Keith Haring Foundation/licensed by Artestar, New York.

"A grand nostalgic operation. The feeling is that Western creativity has slowed down significantly; there is a widespread sense of archaeology. Revolutions are missing." - Antonio Riello It may well be true what the great critic states regarding the restoration of the mythical Luna Luna amusement park. Still, in this case, we can only rejoice at the narrowly avoided danger and fly to Los Angeles at the earliest opportunity.

1987, Hamburg, West Germany: Viennese artist André Heller, who has left his mark on the art world by creating giant flying sculptures, wants to invent a space where culture, art, and everyday life coexist and merge into an experience free from boundaries between high and low, cultured and popular. These are years of experimentation, of absolute creative freedom, which finds one of its most fertile grounds precisely in Germany. As if, absurdly, the cold, both atmospheric and political (it is still unknown that the wall will fall in a couple of years), represents the best push to think and create freely. Free Germany is truly free, from technology and the oppressive denial of any form of expression that characterizes our society today. And so, right here, a dream team of artists gathers and creates Luna Luna, a real Luna Park with tents, performances, carousels, rides, and a Ferris wheel. Keith Haring, Basquiat, David Hockney, Roy Lichtenstein,

André Heller, Dream Station. Luna Luna, Hamburg, Germany, 1987.

Sonia Delaunay, Salvador Dalì... the definition Dream Team is not exaggerated at all. The itinerant art carnival Luna Luna was ready to travel, but legal and economic problems stopped it in its tracks, leaving the rides closed in containers to accumulate dust. However, Heller did not forget this grand idea, and today, all the attractions and artworks of Luna Luna, by Heller's will and especially by rapper Drake and his Dream Crew, have finally been repositioned in a warehouse in Los Angeles and restored. Of course, only a part of the rides will be operational (for safety reasons: the regulations in 1987 were different), so we will lose at least in part the opportunity to experience the idea in its original concept. Still, at least, we can rediscover some of that freedom that seems irretrievably lost. CENTENNIAL SPLENDOR GOLF LEGACY AT 100

Celebrating a century of excellence, The Golf de Cannes-Mougins is truly unique club that stands as an iconic testament to golf's enduring elegance and timeless prestige. HISTORY

THE CLUB TODAY

The Cannes-Mougins Golf, formerly Cannes Country Club, originated in 1923 and opened in 1927 with patrons like Prince Pierre of Monaco, Aga Khan, and Baron Edouard de Rothschild. During World War II, the German army occupied the club temporarily. Post-war struggles persisted until 1970, exacerbated by water shortages amid the French Riviera's tourist boom and the emergence of new golf courses. In 1979, the Cannes-Mougins Open debuted, lasting until 1994 and joining the European Tour in 1984.

Today, the club, with 500 shareholder members, invites you into its rich history. Enjoy a lunch break at Le 1923, where French and Mediterranean flavors blend amidst cedar accents. Post-round, bask in the Azure sun on the Patio terrace, during summer, or the open daily snack bar. Explore technical clothing and 'Cannes-Mougins' branded products at the Proshop during your visit to the courses. Cannes-Mougins Golf, in collaboration with True Spec Golf, offers the world's most precise club fitting system. Discover the latest training zone in AlpesMaritimes, a continental European exclusive. The team is ready daily to introduce you to this cuttingedge technology.

Renowned players such as Greg Norman and Severiano Ballesteros graced its fairways, marking a pivotal era in the centennial history of this iconic golf club.

The Club House, a 17th-century olive oil press in Provençal style, features a historic water tower. Designed by reknowned British architect Harry Colt, the Golf de Cannes-Mougins underwent significant changes in the 1970s by English golfers Peter Allis and Dave Thomas. They crafted a 6,200-meter course in a natural setting, shielded from real estate development. Inaugurated on November 18, 1978, the course was later modernized in 2015 by architect Tom Mackenzie to align with golf equipment advancements, enhancing competitiveness and attractiveness CELEBRATING A CENTURY In 2023, the Golf de Cannes-Mougins celebrated its 100th anniversary with various events throughout the year. Initially, the Cannes-Mougins team, along with

Jean-Bernard Kazmierczak, created the centennial book, recounting the entire history of the golf club for its current members. In April, the Centennial Cup took place, a friendly competition for members, followed by a conference by Jean-Bernard Kazmierczak on the writing of the 100-year book. In June, a second friendly competition, the Roaring Twenties Cup, featured golfers and golf staff dressing in 1920s attire. Following the competition, a "countryside lunch" was arranged on a course hole-a delightful moment of camaraderie under the sunny skies of the French Riviera. Finally, September marked the last event of the anniversary with the 4-day Pro-Am competition. The Pro-Am involves teams of one professional player and three amateurs, providing a rewarding experience for the amateurs playing alongside professionals. Four days of golf and camaraderie concluded with a festive gala at the Golf Club, attended by staff, competition participants, and the Pros.

The Gemera's design seamlessly marries form and function, offering a blend of aesthetics and performance that is unparalleled in the hypercar realm. LEGENDARY ADDRESSES OF OPULENCE

THE STORY OF A FAMILY SUCCESS, IN THE WORDS OF LIONEL WINDESHAUSEN by Manuela Schinaia Being a part of the Windeshausen family is an experience to be embraced on a grand scale. Led by the second generation, the Luxembourg-based boutiques have transformed their clientele and prestigious partner brands into friends of the family. Let’s follow Lionel Windeshausen, the son of the founder, that opens for us the doors of the new boutiques, inviting us into the heart of the Windeshausen family's journey and providing a glimpse into the passion, expertise, and innovation that define their legendary presence in the world of high-end jewellery and watchmaking. F.1.M.: Lionel, could you tell us how did you attain such heights?

L.W.: We developed gradually in tune with the evolution of our clientele. The opening of the first boutique in Bastogne marked the beginning of the family business already led by the expertise of my father, Jean, and me. Quickly, the space, which we've retained to this day, proved to be too confined. Thus, we sought a new showcase capable of highlighting the full spectrum of our expertise. That's how the Bertrange City Concorde boutique came to life in 2009.

59

F.1.M.: What specific expertise are you referring to? L.W.: My father, Jean, and I are both trained as artisanal jewellers. Therefore, we are quite comfortable advising our clients on brands or creations, addressing gemmology questions, and even matters of ergonomics. This level of guidance is evident in our sales team, comprising around thirty collaborators. F.1.M.: But you're not solely focused on jewellery, right? L.W.: Indeed, we are avid collectors of watchmaking (laughs). This passion undeniably forms the second pillar of our business. Over time, prestigious houses such as Rolex, Hublot, IWC, Chopard, Chanel, Cartier, Zenith, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and many others have found a home with us. F.1.M.: You often mention the term "space"... L.W.: Certainly, each brand has its dedicated environment and display, but our stores also include workshops. The first is dedicated to watchmaking, allowing us to carry out aftersales service on numerous brands and products, including vintage pieces. The second workshop is naturally devoted to jewellery. Here, JOZ takes shape, our in-house collection, a nod to a line that advocates uniqueness. It's also the workshop responsible for crafting custom pieces ordered by clients based on their desires and budget. These pieces are then showcased alongside the trendiest jewellery brands like Messika, Hulchi Belluni, Fred, Dinh Van. F.1.M.: So, you're exclusively in the luxury sector? L.W.: No, we believe that passion transcends and isn't solely synonymous with high-end products. In 2013, just a few steps away from the flagship store, we opened a second, more trendy boutique. In the vibrant displays of this space, you'll find the latest creations from Bell & Ross, Ebel, Tudor, Oris, Hamilton, Frédéric Constant, Rado, Certina, Swatch, or Tissot, to name a few.

60

windeshausen.lu

F.1.M.: Is the journey just limited to your space? L.W.: On the one hand, our space reflects our passion, but it's also a fabulous playground for adventurous clients. We also offer a dedicated corner for pre-owned watches, guaranteeing the products we showcase, as well as a workshop for custom-made, high-end, Made in France watch straps, compatible with all watch brands without exception. On the other hand, a Rolex boutique within the store, a VIP lounge, and a wine bar add the final touch to the immersive experience of our space. F.1.M.: Are you present outside Luxembourg? L.W.: We are where our clients reside. The Luxembourgish community is highly international, and being deeply committed to the concept of service, I frequently travel, considering that our collections are not exclusive to residents and visitors of our stores.

THE BEST OF REAL ESTATE

LA COSTA PROPERTIES MONACO For over 40 years, La Costa Properties Monaco has been advising and assisting an international clientele in their search for real estate in the Principality of Monaco. With core expertise in transactions and rental management, the agency strives to maintain a comprehensive and competent team to ensure the best management of clients' real estate assets.

F.1.M. : Hello Luciana, could you briefly introduce your background? L.G.L. : I arrived in Monaco around the same time as the Italian developers, during the early construction of modern luxury buildings like "Le Mirabeau." I had the opportunity to know and work with significant players in the real estate market, from whom I learned a great deal. I chose to establish myself permanently in the Principality for its security and incomparable quality of life. My passion for real estate and my adopted homeland allowed me to flourish both professionally and personally. F.1.M. : What skills are necessary to lead the real estate agency La Costa Properties Monaco? L.G.L. : A thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the Principality should be the primary skill, but not only that – one must also be attentive to clients' needs, maintain a trusting relationship with them, provide sound advice and expertise, and find the property that best suits them. Having a solid legal foundation and staying informed about the latest legislation is also essential to advise and represent our clients. Finally, being well surrounded to have a range of complementary skills is crucial to best meet clients' needs. F.1.M. : How do you explain your ascent in this predominantly male sector? L.G.L. : The Monegasque real estate sector has expanded significantly in recent decades, and many women now lead agencies in the area. It is often observed that clients feel more comfortable and reassured discussing matters with a woman. The key is to know the market, listen to the client, and also negotiate effectively, protect the client's interests, and accompany them throughout the transaction. The real estate world is no longer exclusively masculine. F.1.M. : Your greatest professional and personal pride? L.G.L. : Over the years, being able to build loyalty with my clientele and witnessing the Principality evolve into a modern

city constantly seeking improvement. I am proud to lead a recognized agency in the field, now under the La Costa Properties Monaco brand, with my daughter. F.1.M. : How is the real estate market in Monaco faring? L.G.L. : The Monegasque market has not escaped a certain slowdown: the health crisis, the war in Ukraine, tand now in the Middle East... we lost some significant buyers/investors. However, we have seen a return of American clients taking advantage of a more favorable exchange rate and investing in Monaco and its surroundings. Current financing conditions, following a relatively rapid rise in benchmark interest rates, have also contributed to this slowdown by eliminating some small investors who found it easier to position themselves for purchases during the last decade. Nevertheless, Monaco benefits from a certain stability in prices during more challenging periods; the client profile, which rarely needs to sell, helps maintain the market in less favorable cycles. We continue to encourage our clients to diversify their assets by investing in property, which remains the best safeguard in the event of a financial crisis. F.1.M. : What are your challenges for the future? L.G.L. : To continue passing on my skills to my daughter and ensure continuity so that our clients and future clients benefit from the best possible service. Our primary goal is to establish our family company in sustainability. F.1.M. : The exceptional property currently for sale at La Costa Properties Monaco? L.G.L. : We have several exceptional apartments for sale, including a luxuriously renovated penthouse in the Carré d'Or, apartments over 500m2 in Fontvieille for large families seeking spacious living and high-end services. We also recently introduced a beautiful 3-room apartment at Park Palace with a view of the sea and the Casino gardens, as well as a large 4-room apartment on a high floor of the Millefiori overlooking Monaco, ideal for a family looking to settle in the Principality.
