Project Pharmacist-Led Medication Education in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program to Prevent Medication-Related Hospital Readmissions About Kayla A couple of my P4 rotations allowed me to experience the role of a pharmacist on a multidisciplinary team. It was very rewarding to be part of the team caring for acutely ill patients. I knew a residency would allow me to continue to enhance my knowledge and confidence while also improving my ability to serve as a resource for that team. Friends who have completed residencies in the past are great resources, especially when navigating the process of Midyear and program applications.
