Empower adults to participate in different areas of faith growth within IPC

Inform groups of opportunities across all objectives

Allow group members to exercise their gifts to support facilitators and ministry groups

(admin, hospitality, service, teaching, etc)

Example: Majority of adult ministry groups are centered around learning, but as facilitators, how do you think your group would grow in faith through acts of service or connecting with the greater congregation?

Bible study groups can be represented at events such as IPC Connect to welcome newcomers

Find ways to reach those who attend worship services but may not have a close community at IPC

Serving together as a bible study can be an opportunity for members to invite newcomers to the group

Encourage relationships to continue outside the walls of church or Sunday school
