PUR-ALL TECHNOLOGY The process has been developed by CIE and MST CHEMICALS R&D Team (Patent Pending) ℗
PUR-ALL is based on the complete and simultaneous SULPHATES, FLUORIDES, ALUMINUM abatement (as sludge) without BARIUM salts usage NO liquid waste. The precipitating complex has the following chemical composition:
Ca0/Al2O3/CaSO₄/CaF2 /Fe0/Si02·2H₂O And it is evaluated as NON HAZARDOUS

PUR-ALL PROCESS APPLICATION Used on Standard W.W.T.P. with slight modifications
Use of a specific reagent (PUR-ALL S20) based on chemically activated metal oxides (Ca, Fe, Si, Al) The process does NOT require Reverse Osmosis or Evaporation units. No liquors to dump are generated A final correction on a special multimedia filter (Polishing) makes the water completely reusable, with the following composition: Sulphates (SO¯²₄ ) Fluorides (F- ) Aluminium (Al+3) Conductivity Two years of experience on Vertical Extrusion Line with more than 9,000 Tons treated by ALUMINCO, over 2 million m² on Coil Line provided by ELVAL and 4,000 Tons on Anodizing Lines produced by TALEX 5

PUR-ALL can be applied to Anodizing Lines (only on Acidic Stages): - Desmutting - Anodizing Lines - Electrocolor The purified water can be reused for the same stages or in place of mains water for the alkaline stages (Alkaline Etching for mat finishing lines and Alkaline Cleaners) Final resulting Water Consumption amounting to - 50% 10

• TALEX (located in Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates ) has three lines: 1 Anodizing line 7 meters Extrusions - 1 Ton/h 1 Anodizing line 11 meters Extrusions - 0,3 Ton/h 1 Painting Vertical line 7 meters Extrusions - 3 Tons/h • TALEX works 24h/day and the original global water consumption was 50m3/h • After PUR-ALL installation, the resulting water consumption is 25m3/h (SAVING 50%)
