ECO-CLADDING LA SOLUZIONE ECOLOGICA PER IL CLADDING SVILUPPATA DA LECHLER Da oltre dieci anni Lechler offre all’interno del suo catalogo prodotti industriali, soluzioni di verniciatura a solvente dedicate ai rivestimenti degli edifici industriali realizzati con la tecnica del “Cladding”.

Dai laboratori R&S di Lechler sono così nati due nuovi prodotti derivabili dal sistema tintometrico Lechsys Hydro: si tratta di YD157 e YD158 HYDRICRYL 1K, due smalti acrilici monocomponenti all’acqua a rapida essiccazione, realizzati rispettivamente in versione lucida e opaca, ai quali si affianca YH 101 Hydroprimer, il relativo Primer 1K anticorrosivo e tinteggiabile che permette di realizzare il ciclo completo di verniciatura.

Le caratteristiche premianti di questi due smalti sono la facile applicabilità, il buon aspetto estetico, le eccellenti caratteristiche meccaniche, la rapida essiccazione, una discreta aderenza diretta su acciaio e ghisa ed il suo basso livello di V.O.C.
A seguito di questi test Hydrocryl 1K si è dimostrato: facile da applicare, con buona adesione, di eccellente brillantezza/opacità, rapido in essiccazione e per concludere con un ottimo aspetto estetico finale.

I prodotti sono stati infatti affidati a degli applicatori professionali di questo settore, perché li applicassero e ne dessero puntuale riscontro, per permettere a Lechler di offrire al mercato soluzioni che fossero altamente performanti per applicazione e durabilità.
Hydrocryl 1K è stato sviluppato per offrire al mercato una soluzione specifica per il restauro degli edifici realizzati in Cladding che contenesse una bassa quantità di solventi.

WATER-BASED SOLUTIONS FOR CLADDING PAINTING
Lechler Coatings has established its self as a key partner in many areas of Industrial coatings since it first started producing coating solutions in 1858. Manufacturing is based at 2 sites in Italy (Como and Perugia), and in 2012 Lechler operates all over Europe with sites in France, Spain, Germany and Middlewich, England.
Since the year 2000 Lechler have offered solutions for the coating of Cladding with a number of solvent based products, with the introduction of the Paint Product Directive and its impact on the products that can be used in the decorative market segment (as applied to the coating of Cladding) they have now launched the highly successful YD157 and YD158 HYDROCRYL 1K water based products Gloss and Matt with dedicated processes including an anticorrosive primer YD 101 Hydroprimer 1K for the coating of Cladding. YD157 and YD158 have been developed to offer lower solvent solutions * for the painting of Cladding and other substrates commonly seen in the building refurbishment market. These single pack products have been developed in the specialist laboratory in Como and available in over 3000 solid and metallic colours (RAL, BS,NCS, Cladding Std. Colors Range etc...).
These products have been extensively tested both in the R&D laboratory and also by professional applicators in the UK to ensure that they offer the best combination of durability and application. Tested over Cladding substrates they offer easy application, good adhesion combined with excellent gloss and appearance (always test adhesion before application).

SINGLE PACK SOLUTION
This one–pack water borne acrylic Topcoat with Glossy (YD 157) and Matt (YD 158) effect, is available in all the RAL, British and Cladding Standards, NCS color charts. These formulations can be obtained with a “just in time” mixing machine by one of our Lechler Selling Points all over the United Kingdom. Customized colors and metallic effects are also all possible.

BARDAGE: LA SOLUTION A FAIBLE IMPACT SUR L’ENVIRONNEMENT POUR LA RENOVATION MISE AU POINT PAR LECHLER Lechler offre depuis toujours des solutions de peinture spécifiques pour la rénovation d’immeubles industriels réalisés avec des panneaux en métal pré-peints, habituellement appelé «bardage» ou «cladding» dans le monde anglophone.
Hydrocryl 1K a été développé pour fournir au secteur du bardage une solution spécifique à faible impact sur l’environnement pour la rénovation des immeubles réalisés avec du bardage et avec une application en airmix ou airless.

La proposition de Lechler s’appuie sur un cycle de peinture complet, composé d’un apprêt anticorrosif et de deux finitions, une en version brillante et l’autre en version mate, tous dérivés du système teintométrique polyvalent Lechsys Hydro. Il s’agit de HYDROCRYL 1K YD157 et YD158, laques acryliques mono-composantes à séchage rapide et du primer anticorrosif 1K HYDROPRIMER YD101, disponible également en plusieurs couleurs.

Hydrocyrl 1K dans la version brillante et mate a été longuement testé non seulement dans les laboratoires R&D Lechler de Côme mais aussi avec des market test sur le territoire anglais, où la construction d’entrepôts avec du bardage est très répandue. Les tests ont été conduits par des applicateurs professionnels spécialisés dans ce secteur avec des retours concernant l’application et la fiabilité de ce cycle très performant.
Les atouts des deux finitions sont l’application facile avec un bon aspect esthétique, les excellentes caractéristiques mécaniques ainsi que le séchage rapide. Le primer dispose d’une excellente adhésion sur des peintures préexistantes, avec accroche direct sur acier et fonte.
SOLUTION MONO-COMPOSANT
Cette laque de finition mono-composant acrylique à l’eau à l’effet brillant (YD157) et mat (YD158) est disponible dans les outils couleur RAL, British et Cladding Standards, et NCS. Ces formules peuvent être obtenues immédiatement à l’aide d’un teintomètre par les distributeurs des produits Lechler en France. Des couleurs personnalisées et des effets métallisés sont aussi obtenibles.
IMPRESSION HYDROPRIMER 1K YD101 Impression mono-composant ayant des propriétés anticorrosives élevées. Sans chrome et sans plomb, elle peut être colorée avec des couleurs opaques pour optimiser le pouvoir couvrant de peintures critiques.
