Ottima adesione su superfici metalliche, facile applicabilità e buon potere riempitivo. E’ riverniciabile sia con Finiture all’Acqua che a Solvente in Ciclo S/S. • Finitura LH144 Hydrocryl 2K Premium: Finitura poliuretanica 2K lucida di buon aspetto estetico e copertura.
8 Ciclo mono - strato ad adesione diretta - Base Solvente Soluzione ideale dove viene richiesta efficienza della verniciatura con adeguato risultato estetico: chassis, rimorchi, pannelli ecc. • Smalto ad adesione diretta LS443 Acryl 2K AC: Smalto Acrilico 2K semilucido con proprietà anticorrosive e diretta adesione su metalli. Facile applicazione, buona resistenza al graffio ed agli agenti atmosferici e chimici. Si applica anche con Sistemi Airmix.

What quantity? All the solutions can be derived from customers mixing machine systems allowing a flexible quantity of product for any project. LechlerTech EASY TRUCK is an innovative approach for painting truck and commercial vehicles. The choice of the painting process phase is very delicate: it is always difficult to look for the best painting process in any situation, and it is impossible to have specific skills in the hundreds of available painting processes. With this starting point the EASY TRUCK system has been launched! Excellent adhesion on any metal with good stretching and low absorption of top coats. It can be used in D/D cycles and in W/W cycles also some days afterapplication. • LS144 Isolack top coat: 2K Medium Solid with good final finish.

• Hydropox Primer R - EC (Y175001) Primer/ Filler: 2K epoxy product with high anticorrosive power with low solvent emissions. Very good adhesion on metal surfaces, easy application and good filling power. It can be over coated both with Waterbased top coats and with Solvent top coats in D/D painting processes. • LH144 Hydrocryl 2K Premium top coat: 2K polyurethane glossy top coat with good covering and good final finish.
High resistance and flexible use without forgoing an excellent final finish.

It is the ideal solution where paint efficiency is demanded with acceptable final results on: chassis, trailers, panels etc.

• Enamel with direct adhesion LS443 Acryl 2K AC: 2K acrylic semi-glossy enamel with anticorrosive characteristics and direct adhesion on metals. Easy application, good anti-scratch, atmospheric and chemical resistance. Its application is possible also with airmix systems.

Toutes les solutions peuvent être réalisées à partir de systèmes teintomètriques avec une production délocalisée, qui permet de disposer de petites ou grandes quantités de produit pour n’importe quelle couleur.

• Primer/Apprêt LS107 Epoxyprimer: Epoxydique 2K “Cr-free” avec phosphate de Zn et pouvoir anticorrosif élevé. Excellent sur métaux et à faible absorption des laques, il peut être utilisé en cycle M/M ou bien à poncer. • Finition LS144 Isolack: Finition polyuréthanne 2K Medium Solid brillante avec un bon aspect esthétique.
2 Cycle Ultra High Solid Solvant Economique et avec un aspect esthétique élevé: là où des réductions de coûts sont demandées tout en gardant un excellent aspect esthétique. • Primer/Apprêt LS107 Epoxyprimer: Epoxydique 2K “Cr-free” avec phosphate de Zn et pouvoir anticorrosif élevé. Excellent sur métaux et à faible absorption des laques, il peut être utilisé en cycle M/M ou bien à poncer. • Finition LS164 Acriprof UHS: Laque Acrylique 2K Ultra High Solid brillante avec un aspect esthétique élevé. Produit avec un excellent pouvoir couvrant, verticalité et distension élevées, résistance optimale dans les environnements industriels. Séchage rapide même à faible température; il peut être utilisé avec des systèmes Airless.
3 Cycle classique Haute Résistance Medium Solid - Solvant Utilisation rapide et polyvalente: l’objectif est la rapidité d’exécution, la haute résistance avec un coût global adéquat. • Primer/Apprêt LS106 Isosealer M/M: Isolant PU 2K. Produit qui s’applique facilement avec une bonne verticalité pour cycles M/M. • Finitions LS144 Isolack: Finition polyuréthanne 2K Medium Solide brillante avec un bon aspect esthétique.
4 Cycle Ultra High Solid Haute Résistance - Solvant Utilisation polyvalente, haute résistance sans renoncer à un aspect esthétique excellent. • Primer/Apprêt LS106 Isosealer M/M: Isolant PU 2K . Produit qui s’applique facilement avec une bonne verticalité pour cycles M/M. • Finition LS164 Acriprof UHS: Laque Acrylique 2K Ultra High Solid brillante avec un aspect esthétique élevé. Produit avec un excellent pouvoir couvrant, verticalité et distension élevées, résistance optimale dans les environnements industriels. Séchage rapide même à faible température; il peut être utilisé avec des systèmes Airless.

7 Cycle à l’eau - à base d’eau A faible impact sur l’environnement, utilisation sûre et excellente qualité esthétique. • Primer/Apprêt Hydropox Primer R - EC (Y175001): Epoxydique 2K à pouvoir anticorrosif élevé et à faibles émissions de solvant. Excellente adhésion sur supports métalliques, facile à appliquer et bon pouvoir garnissant. Il peut être sur-couché avec des finitions à l’eau et également des finitions solvantées en cycle S/S. • Finition LH144 Hydrocryl 2K Premium: Finition polyuréthanne brillante de bon aspect esthétique et bon pouvoir couvrant.
8 Cycle monocouche à adhésion directe - Solvant Solution idéale où l’efficacité de la peinture unie à un résultat esthétique adéquat est demandée: Châssis, remorques, panneaux, etc. • Laque à adhésion directe LS443 Acryl 2K AC: Laque acrylique 2K semi-brillante avec des propriétés anticorrosives et adhésion directe sur les métaux. Application facile, bonne résistance à la rayure et aux agents atmosphériques et chimiques. Il peut être appliqué également avec des systèmes Airmix.
