Lechsys è un programma per la produzione di prodotti vernicianti basato su un sistema tintometrico razionale composto da tinte base ad elevata concentrazione di pigmento e resine leganti di differenti caratteristiche chimico-fisiche. Con Lechsys è possibile realizzare: Primers, Fondi e Finiture mono o bicomponenti, mono o doppio strato di differente natura chimica e a differenti livelli di costo e prestazioni tecniche.

Una produzione rapida e razionale Lechsys è strutturato con resine leganti in sistema pre-dosato, al quale aggiungere solo la parte di tinta base. Questo consente di: - Minore tempo di realizzazione del prodotto finale - Gestire meno latte vuote (si utilizzano le stesse latte delle resine) - Generare meno rifiuti da smaltire - Gestire minori scorte di magazzino

Razionalità nella gestione dei prodotti L’uso di induritori e diluenti è stato razionalizzato per permettere di ridurre e gestire nel miglior modo le scorte di magazzino del distributore o del cliente finale, diminuendo i rischi di errore per gli utilizzatori.

Le tinte base sono disponibili in confezioni da 1 e 3,75 lt. I binder sono disponibili in diverse confezioni predosate per ottenere prodotti finiti da 4 e 16 lt. Oltre 6.000 tinte industriali pastello che permettono di realizzare tutte le più importanti tinte del mercato comprese le principali normative internazionali (RAL, British Standard, Afnor, NCS, Veicoli industriali ecc.), consentendo di affrontare con affidabilità qualsiasi richiesta del mercato di riferimento. La proposta colore è completata da Master Chroma, contenente più di 1.400 riferimenti colore lucidi disposti in ordine cromatico. Primer e Fondi É possibile realizzare primers anticorrosivi e fondi di preparazione epossidici, epossi-acrilici, sintetici, sintetico-fenolici, epossi-estere, wash primer, poliuretanici e poliacrilici. Finiture 1K É possibile realizzare differenti tipologie di finiture monocomponenti: sintetici, alchidici, nitro, acrilici, epossi-estere, vinilici, ciclo-caucciù, nitro e doppio strato. Il modulo Effect offre la possibilità di realizzare tinte metallizzate e perlate da scegliersi attraverso la proposta colore Master Chroma Effect composta da oltre 1.000 tinte lucide o satinate poste in ordine cromatico. Basecolours Additive Binders

The basecoats are available in 1 and 3,75 lt sizes. The binders are available in different pre-dosing sizes in order to obtain final products with 4 lt and 16 lt sizes. More than 6000 industrial solid colours which allow you to obtain all the most important colours in the market, included the main international legislations (RAL, British Standard, Afnor, NCS, Industrial Vehicles etc.). They meet the demand of the reference market. The colour proposal is completed by the Master Chroma collection with more than 1400 brilliant colour cards are available in chromatic order. The complete colour offer allows to meet any kind of market reference demand.

Die Basisfarben sind in 1 und 3.75 Liter Gebinden erhältlich. Mit den in vordosierten Gebinden zur Verfügung stehenden Bindemitteln können einfach und schnell 4 und/oder 16 Liter des jeweiligen Endprodukts ausgemischt werden.

Die Basisfarben sind in Gebindegrößen von 1 und 3,75 Litern erhältlich. Die Bindemittel sind so vordosiert, dass man schnell und einfach 4 und/oder 10 Liter eines Endprodukts herstellen kann.

Der Anwender kann aus über 6000 UniIndustriefarbtöne auswählen. Nahezu alle auf dem Markt gängigen Farbtöne, einschließlich der wichtigsten internationalen Standardfarben RAL, British Standard, Afnor, NCS, Industriefahrzeuge usw. können reproduziert werden. Die Farbpalette wird durch den Master Chroma komplettiert. Dieser praktische Koffer enthält über 1400 chromatisch geordnete Farbtonkarten. Dieses vollständige Farbangebot ermöglicht es, allen Anfragen des Marktes schnell und fachmännisch gerecht zu werden.

Das Effect-Modul bietet die Möglichkeit, Metallic- und Pearltöne zu realisieren. Dank dieser neuen Effekte sind den Geschäftsmöglichkeiten des Händlers keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Grundierungen und Füller Verschiedene Korrosionsschutz-Primer und Füller auf Epoxi-, Epoxi-Acryl-, Kunstharz-, Phenolkunstharz-, Epoxi-Ester-, Wash Primer, PUR- und Polyacryl-Basis stehen zur Verfügung. 1K-Decklacke Es kann zwischen unterschiedlichen Einkomponenten-Systeme auf Kunstharz-, Alkyd-, Nitro-, Acryl-, Epoxi-Ester, Vinyl- und Chlorkautschuk-Basis ausgewählt werden. 2K-Decklacke Die Herstellung verschiedenster 2K-Decklacke auf MS und HS Polyurethan-, MS und HS Acryl-, Epoxi-, Soft-touch und Nitro-Acryl-Basis ist möglich.

Der praktische MasterChroma Effect Koffer enthält über 1000 matte und glänzende gespritzte und chromatisch geordnete Farbkarten. Das System ermöglicht Lackaufbauten in OEM-Qualität mit direkter Haftung auf Plastik- und Metalluntergründen. Lechsys est un programme conçu pour fabriquer des produits à vernir. Basé sur un système colorimétrique rationnel, il est composé de teintes de base à haute concentration en pigment et de résines liants dont les caractéristiques chimiques et physiques sont multiples. Avec Lechsys il est possible de réaliser des: Impressions, Apprêts et Finitions mono ou bi-composant, mono ou double-couches, de diverses natures chimiques, pour des coûts et des prestations techniques multiples.

Un contenu technologique élevé Tous les produits permettent de proposer des cycles complets qui, suite à de nombreux essais en laboratoire, sont conformes aux systèmes de qualité ISO 9001:2008 et aux normes Lechler, adoptés en fonction du marché.

Une production rapide et rationnelle Lechsys est composé de résines liants sous forme de systèmes pré-dosés, dans lesquels il suffit d’ajouter la teinte de base.
